I submitted the form for renewal of my e-pass Application no.[[protected]] and the payment of rupees 1000 has been done successfully through Paytm UPI portal on paytm Transaction ID[[protected]] but the status of application is showing payment is under clearing....

I have applied for the DTC bus pass on 3-9-2023. I have paid the amount through online payment mode and the money was deducted from my account. But there is no further information on if the application is submitted and there is no update regarding it. I request you to please share my application number as well.

    We have been completely devastated by the street dogs in our area they are very dangerous they attack any passerby or else bark upon them, we have home cats and these dogs 4 or 5 of them got into our house and killed one of our cats just because a little bit of gate was left open we are really terrified by them as Rabies is caused by a dog's bite and no known 100% curable treatment is yet discovered so please help us eradicate from this area.
    We will really be very obligated to you.

      I usually travel in bus. But everytime we reach in Dhaula kuan, Delhi bus, the ticket checker asked to atop the bus and waste our whole 10 minutes. We already got late and they wait everyone's time.
      As per DTC Law they are not allowed to make thr bus wait and check people's ticket. You have to check everyone's ticket while travelling.
      It's a request to take action on it.

        Dear DTC Department,

        I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for my e-bus pass application, which has been recently rejected.

        I submitted my application for an e-bus pass on 29, Aug, 2023, providing all the necessary information and documentation as per the requirements stated on your website. However, when I check my application status it shows that my application has been rejected.

        Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the application fee, as I will not be able to avail myself of the e-bus pass services.

        I have attached the copies of the rejection notification and the original payment receipt for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund at your earliest convenience.Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I am not able to apply the another one bus dtc pass.

          On 4th september i have applied for student all route ac/non ac e-bus pass i have paid rs-200 for the two months of pass validity. My application id is[protected].
          On 5th september i got an email saying that my application has been rejected due to some document issue. After that on 7th september i checked on their website on the website in application status it was showing that refund has been given but till now i didn't get any kind of refund. Please consider this issue and take actions accordingly

              While traveling in DTC from Nehru Place Bus Stop to Kalkaji Bus Stop on 04 Sep-202. The bus conductor Mr. Balveer Kumar (Name told by him when we asked) misbehaved with us. He even stopped the bus and threatened us badly. He also refused to give the complaint book. We request you to kindly investigate the same and take action against this person.

Kal sham ko mei rohini sec 9 ke bus stand par khdi thi toh saamne se Bus aai usne gate open nhi kiya aur jb maine gate open krne ko kha toh muje gaali dekr kehne lga ki nhi krunga open . Uske baad agle stand par jaake usne gate open Kiya phir jab mei bus mei bethi toh muje ghurne lga aur jab mera stand aaya rithala ka toh maine gate kholne ko kha toh usne muje gaali de aur kha ki gate nhi kholunga jo krna hai ja krle aur ush bus mei conductor bhi tha usne bi meri help nhi ki maine baar baar request ki gate open krne kh liyh magr vo mujse batmeeji krne laga gali Dene laga aur baat mei usne gate open krke kha jaa krde complaint dekhta hu kon ky krega mera . Apse request hai ki meri help kri jaay aur ush bus driver ke khilaaf Kaarwahi kari jaay wrna muje police complaint karni pdegi .

                  Bus no - DL1PC1370 . Conductor refuses to take bus passes and being a green bus with bus no 764EX, asks me to pay 20 RS from the original 10rs ( from manglapuri bus stand to vasant gaon )
                  He gave me 2 10rs bus tickets, he did the same with other people too
                  There was this other guy who had no cash on him, and the one delhi app showed a max ticket of 15 rs for that bus, the conductor asked him to Paytm him, 20 RS but he refused . So he has to leave the bus

                          WANT MY MONEY REFUND, AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM ACCORDINGLY.

                          My self, RATNESH and one friend of mine called Rohit, were going to sant parmanand HOSPITAL, and we both started our journey from sonia vihar 1st pusta from auto rikshaw to wazirabad and walked to the nehru vihar stand. we took 258 from nehru vihar for HOSPITAL. we were taking ticket but during this police station timarpur named bus stand had some checkers and they did not listened to us without any thing asking from the conductor the checker started pushing me on my shoulder and continoulsy, 8-10 times and after that i was the guy who went aside from their that other checker, that guy keep saying that I am the GUNDA here, you would be doing the same, if you were there in my place. And that unknown checker whats your status and all. Even when i said that i'll complain about you guys, they all said that go and do whatever you want, no one will listen to you.

                          WANT MY MONEY REFUND, AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM ACCORDINGLY.

                            It is with utter disappointment I wish to say that bus driver of blue bus no. DL - 1 PD 5779 misbehaves with passengers, talks rudely, smoke cigarette in bus and on asking him to not to smoke in bus, he asks passengers to deboard bus, dont stop bus or stops far away so that public don't board bus, especially at Nangloi stop at 1:15 pm.
                            I want you people to give him last warning as he is extremely rude with passengers, especially women passengers and take strict action against him.
                            I can also share picture of the bus driver.
                            I won't take it further. He should be taught a lesson now.
                            And if action won't be taken, I will go to higher authorities to complain against him.

                              Myself Jatin Pawar from Keshav Nagar Delhi 110036 I would like to draw your concern toward the poor service of DTC buses from Kashmiri gate to Keshav Nagar (Bus number 61, 192, 143). The root is of 12 km only but the service is so poor that it takes more than two hour to reach home and office which cause us many problem even the problem of snatching and theft happened. Despite being short route the population is quite more who travel through DTC buses.
                              It is our humble request that please increase the number of buses in this route soon as possible and we hope that you will resolve this as soon as possible.

                                In bus route no. 819 a checking squad came in checked my ticket which of rs.10 and I had to take the rs. 15 ticket which was my fault and I apologise for it but my main problem is with ticket checking squad they snatched 200rs. from my wallet without my permission. That kind of behaviour is not acceptable from anyone even I was ready to take another ticket.
                                Kindly please refund my fine of rs.200

                                  On 07th August, I submitted my online application for e bus pass, I had paid the corresponding 2 month fees ( 200 rs). and payment was confirmed from my side, however after the payment. my screen was stuck in infinite loop, I also didn't got any notification from the website, that the transaction was success, although the URL of the stuck webpage shows success. However, I haven't received any sms or email from them regarding the successful submission of my application, which they usually do within minutes after payment . its been 12 days now, I haven't recieved my e - bus pass, or even a single sms regarding it . I have tried emailing them, and calling them multiple times, but they are not picking up my calls, or answering my emails, please do something about it . I demand full refund for my 200 rs . their email is [protected]@dtc.nic.in

                                      A ticket checker charged me fine for because conductor done something wrong with my ticket .but it is the responsibility of the conductor to give me right ticket. They done it purposely to get fine.
