Complaint against dtc bus driver. I was going to tis hazari court from chandni chowk. I was in rickshaw and suddenly a red dtc bus came just behind me. He was driving dangerously as well as very rashly/roughly. There was not much space for the dtc bus driver to take over take from my rickshaw. He lost his temper and he started giving unnecessary horns and was very close to me (Approx 1-1.5 feet away). He felt scared of my life. I gave him a sign that please wait for the way to get broad. But he didn't listen and was pressing horn again and again. Then he suddenly over took with almost distance from the rickshaw and simultaneously he started abusing me as well as to rickshaw man. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
The bus no. Is dl 1p c8808. Red bus.

We travelled in a delhi a. C. Bus from gurgaon to anand vihar. He charged the amount for a. C. Bus but the a. C. Wasn't working. When we told him to turn on a. C. Then he told i will not if i he problem you can leave the bus. Everyone else was also complain
Another problem in bus it is strictly written no smoking but the driver itself was smoking

This is to lodge a complaint for Bus no. 534A with source of origin Anand Vihar ISBT and destination IGI Airport, New Delhi. Improper functioning of air-conditioning, rather NON-FUNCTIONING of the air conditioning is an everyday problem with the bus 534A. I am being specific to complain about the bus which runs from Anand Vihar ISBT and reaches CHANDER VIHAR bus stop at 9.10 am. I usually board this bus (leaving Chander Vihar at 9.10 am) to reach Masjid Moth and have faced the same problem four days so far.
A. On the first day, the bus went completely wrong near Sarai Kale Khan and the driver/conductor made us de-board the bus, without even helping us to stop the next bus for boarding.
B. On the second day, AC was not working properly, it was extremely hot inside. The bus suddenly stopped in New Friends Colony.
C. Third which is just a week ago, the screw of the wheels got loose and the mechanics started repairing the bus on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway.
D. And today, as usual the AC was not functioning leaving it hot inside. As the passengers complained, the conductor instructed the driver to stop the bus on Delhi -Meerut expressway. Somehow with passengers' insistence, it reached Sarai Kale Khan. After reaching, the driver stopped the bus saying that the bus will not proceed anymore. Though the passengers insisted him to drive, he denied to do so. AFTER 20 MINS, WHEN MOST OF THE PASSENGERS DE-BOARDED THE BUS AND THE REST WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO, THE DRIVER AGREED TO PROCEED FURTHER !!!

What kind of Non-sense is this ? Do the office goers have useless time to spend? Moreover, when the passengers asked and argued, the conductor said, "Ye DTC bus, ye aisei chalega". The driver said, "Mai chala raha hu, kuch nehi kar sakta, gadi aisei chalega". What kind of behavior is this ? Another co-passenger shared that he boarded the same bus (534A) yesterday and it went wrong near New Friends Colony!!!

I want DTC to take an immediate action regarding this everyday harassment. Shall reach higher authority if this continues.

Worst services of the buses, donot come at all, i being a public transport traveller suffer alot. The buses having worst service are outer mudrika rarely seen however most needed one, 711, 740 bus driver always take shortcuts and end up missing the stops all the time as a result of which passengers suffer alot this attitude is not acceptable we are suffering alot please consider our sufferings...

I asked the driver to just wash the well, ask the conductor the driver said. Then the conductor asked dhaula kuyan only then the conductor said yes. But he did not say that the bus does not stop at the dhaula kuan stand. When i talked to him, he began to talk vomit and straightforward to me. The conductor was speaking speaking to the driver, the speaker was speaking from the conductor. Both were also swan. Let me down on the next stand. I had to face a lot of trouble. I want to complain about these two and i need response. Both drivers and conductor are very bad and more conductor. The driver was also saying that he had a daily job.

I had to go dhola well from the central terminal, then from there i had to go to gurgaon. I have suffered quite a lot in this round.

I am at khanpur stand at nearly 2 o'clock afternoon.. And i am waiting for bus 717a to kapashera border.. Its been 56 min and i haven't seen any ac bus on this route.. There is so much humidity. So much hot there. And any 717a bus is coming... And there is many buses for this route.ac buses.. But bus driver are so lazy.. That after 1oclock then never come. Many ladies and old uncle's are waiting for the buses. But buses are not in mood to come. Please do some work on it. So we can pleasurely get service!

There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it is very difficult to take step out from our houses.
These dogs bark and chase the people who cross that area, especially “Children’s and Women’s” and two wheeler raiders.
I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite us. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious casualties.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire people who pass from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area to catch these dogs.

Dear sir,

Today at 10.45am i take bus (Red ac bus, 348, bus no. Dl1pc9088) from laxmi nagar for lal quila. I asked conductor to provide ticket for lal quila. He give me ten rupees ticket and then he said give me fifteen rupees because for lal quila rate is 15. I said ok no issue modify that ticket. Then he started argument with me. And didnt back my extra money. And also said there is your mistake. This is not his problem. Just tell me this is the way to behave. Please stop hiring illeterate people. Because they dont have any knowledge and even they dont know how to speak with others. I thought this is the reason of hiring people from reservation. And the condition of bus is also worst. Bus is ac but ac is not working. And gate is also open from laxmi nagar to lal quila.. If there would any accident who will be responsible.. Will you take care of this all.

Please refund my 10 rupees and give lesson to your conductor that money is not everything. Your work and behave of conduct is everything. I just want apology from your conductor and my 10 rupees.

It was an incident of monday 25 july 2018 when i went to anand nagar isbt to drop one of my relative. We went to two or three shop to buy some chips and biscuits. All the shopkeeper over there were selling them above mrp. I had put my point in front of one of the shopkeeper that it's a crime to sell something above mrp but he said that everyone over here sell for the same price. One rs10 chips is being selled by them for rs15. Please do something about such practices which is being followed by shopkeepers.

Today i was traveling from hasanpur depot to laxmi nagar and the fare is just 5rs due to which i ask for a ticket of 5rs and he gave me ticket from anand vihar isbt to shakarpur. This is completely wrong. I forget to check my ticket and the ticket collector fine me of 200rs.
And they were not corporating with me and they just keep shouting and wanting to accept my mistake. Plz do something about these kind of attitude and problem this is literally not fare.

We are resident of dattatray nagar society near cannel road... Palanpur jakat naka. We are facing a very serious problem about stray dogs. They pollute the whole society compound... And also they sleep in front of our houses (Making it dirty with garbage they bring and obviously they urinate or excrete in frnt of our houses... driver on the bus play songs in high volume and use mobile to talks during driving due to this make highly chance to accident.
Other side some people ( driver friends ) stands near front gate and misbehaves to womens.
Some womens complained to driver for this behavier but he did also abused womens in fornt of all passengers

We the residents of ring road, south extension part-1, want to hereby bring the aforesaid issue to your kind attention.
In an unplanned and unprecedented manner, a bus stand erected and ear-marked in front of a bank has caused a threat to men and material in and around the vicinity, as it is often noticed that there are accidents and jams happening almost every day because of the wrongly placed bus stand
(as because the bus stand is erected at the starting point of the flyover, where Kotla Mubarakpur road is also starting along with the service lane).
Along with the loss and damage to both men and material, there is a growth of anti-social elements like robber’s, drug addicts; who wander/sleep, in/around the bus stand throughout the night, you can also see ### wandering around, which is affecting peaceful staying of the residents in and around the locality.
We have complained for the same to the metro officials in south extension, just after the bus stand was erected (in an unplanned manner), who then said & we quote that - “It is a temporary shifting of the South Extension Main Market Bus Stand and will be shifted back to its place as soon as the Metro Station is ready”.
In view of the foregoing, we the residential society earnestly request/plea to take notice of our complaint and initiate immediate necessary action and re-allocate the bus stand, in order to have peaceful living.
We are thankful to you for showing your kindness in advance.

I was driving on Sri Aurobindo road at 2100 hrs today, 19th July 2018 when the driver of this vehicle drove rashly past my car while continuously pressing the horn
He was changing lanes randomly and driving like a madman through out and he was going very fast
A lot for dtdc drivers drive like they're drunk or they own the road and nothing is being done. I hope you have a solution to this

I am a Senior Citizen of 62 years of age retired from a Public Sector Undertaking from a senior post and also a practising Advocate at Debt Recovery Tribunal Delhi. Today, I went to meet my elder brother who is a retired senior official of Govt of India and reside at Parijat Apartments, West Enclave Pitampura, Delhi. I boarded the Bus Route no. 254 / DL 1P C 3235 at 5.00 PM at a bus stop before the Red Light signal at Mangolpuri crossing on outer ring road to come to my residence at Mianwali nagar Rohtak Road. When the bus crossed the red light signal at Udyog Nagar Rohtak Road, I came forward and asked the driver to stop the bus at Inder Enclave Bus Stop to enable me to get down at 5.10 PM. The driver not only took the bus ahead of the stop but also misbehaved with me saying loudly in an absurd language that I did not tell him in advance and he would not stop the bus if he was told at the stop to get down from the bus. I again asked him to stop the bus and allow me to alight from the bus but he noded with reluctance in stopping the bus much ahead of the bus stop causing me the problem to walk down unnecessarily.
I, therefore, lodge this complaint with a request to take suitable advisory action against the errant driver to mend his behaviour and confirm to me the action taken by you against the errant driver failing which I shall have no other option but to initiate the appropriate legal action at your cost, risk and responsibility.

I was on the service road after taking Cybercity/Udyog vihar exit from NH8 driving from Manesar towards Cybercity I was driving in the left most lane and a DTC bus almost crushed me into the pavement while changing lane at high speed. When I tried to talk to the driver to ask him if he cannot see anything from his left side mirror; he replied very rudely that 'No, I cannot see anything' and then sped away.

Respected sir/madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue i had while travelling in dtc bus (Route no.473) on 14th june around 12.40pm. When i was just taking out and counting the money i had to pay for the ticket (₹5), from the next bus stop (Less than 350 meters ahead) three delhi transit ticket checkers boarded the bus and immediately asked me for the ticket. As i was about to ask the conductor,...

Yesterday Incidence when we were sitting in the DTC Bus No. DL 1PC 7453 at Shivaji Stadium at 6.40 PM, The Conductor came at 7.00 PM and told that all the passengers the bus start at 7.30 PM . All the passengers were get down the bus, After that 7.15 driver and conductor start the bus and run away from Shivaji Stadium. This is the behavior s of BTC driver, conductor and Time keepers (ATI) .
These issues must not be ignored and acted upon seriously.

The Driver of above mentioned bus is known to be very rude with passengers. Not at all service oriented person, not opening the door for women even if the bus is standing for longer on a red light, if a crowd is getting in bus on any stop closing the door even if a person is getting crushed at entire public in bus is shouting but he is least bothered. Not ready to stand on stop for long even if the no. of passengers getting down from the bus are higher.
