Hello,
We are resident of dattatray nagar society near cannel road... Palanpur jakat naka. We are facing a very serious problem about stray dogs. They pollute the whole society compound... And also they sleep in front of our houses (Making it dirty with garbage they bring and obviously they urinate or excrete in frnt of our houses... Its a humbel request to government, please take the dogs. Waiting for your positive response. Our area pin code is 395009

driver on the bus play songs in high volume and use mobile to talks during driving due to this make highly chance to accident.
Other side some people ( driver friends ) stands near front gate and misbehaves to womens.
Some womens complained to driver for this behavier but he did also abused womens in fornt of all passengers
kindly suspend from this route and take quick action for this complaints to safe journey of passengers

We the residents of ring road, south extension part-1, want to hereby bring the aforesaid issue to your kind attention.
In an unplanned and unprecedented manner, a bus stand erected and ear-marked in front of a bank has caused a threat to men and material in and around the vicinity, as it is often noticed that there are accidents and jams happening almost every day because of the wrongly placed bus stand
(as because the bus stand is erected at the starting point of the flyover, where Kotla Mubarakpur road is also starting along with the service lane).
Along with the loss and damage to both men and material, there is a growth of anti-social elements like robber’s, drug addicts; who wander/sleep, in/around the bus stand throughout the night, you can also see ### wandering around, which is affecting peaceful staying of the residents in and around the locality.
We have complained for the same to the metro officials in south extension, just after the bus stand was erected (in an unplanned manner), who then said & we quote that - “It is a temporary shifting of the South Extension Main Market Bus Stand and will be shifted back to its place as soon as the Metro Station is ready”.
In view of the foregoing, we the residential society earnestly request/plea to take notice of our complaint and initiate immediate necessary action and re-allocate the bus stand, in order to have peaceful living.

I was driving on Sri Aurobindo road at 2100 hrs today, 19th July 2018 when the driver of this vehicle drove rashly past my car while continuously pressing the horn
He was changing lanes randomly and driving like a madman through out and he was going very fast
A lot for dtdc drivers drive like they're drunk or they own the road and nothing is being done. I hope you have a solution to this

I am a Senior Citizen of 62 years of age retired from a Public Sector Undertaking from a senior post and also a practising Advocate at Debt Recovery Tribunal Delhi. Today, I went to meet my elder brother who is a retired senior official of Govt of India and reside at Parijat Apartments, West Enclave Pitampura, Delhi. I boarded the Bus Route no. 254 / DL 1P C 3235 at 5.00 PM at a bus stop before the Red Light signal at Mangolpuri crossing on outer ring road to come to my residence at Mianwali nagar Rohtak Road. When the bus crossed the red light signal at Udyog Nagar Rohtak Road, I came forward and asked the driver to stop the bus at Inder Enclave Bus Stop to enable me to get down at 5.10 PM. The driver not only took the bus ahead of the stop but also misbehaved with me saying loudly in an absurd language that I did not tell him in advance and he would not stop the bus if he was told at the stop to get down from the bus. I again asked him to stop the bus and allow me to alight from the bus but he noded with reluctance in stopping the bus much ahead of the bus stop causing me the problem to walk down unnecessarily.
I, therefore, lodge this complaint with a request to take suitable advisory action against the errant driver to mend his behaviour and confirm to me the action taken by you against the errant driver failing which I shall have no other option but to initiate the appropriate legal action at your cost, risk and responsibility.

I was on the service road after taking Cybercity/Udyog vihar exit from NH8 driving from Manesar towards Cybercity I was driving in the left most lane and a DTC bus almost crushed me into the pavement while changing lane at high speed. When I tried to talk to the driver to ask him if he cannot see anything from his left side mirror; he replied very rudely that 'No, I cannot see anything' and then sped away.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue i had while travelling in dtc bus (Route no.473) on 14th june around 12.40pm. When i was just taking out and counting the money i had to pay for the ticket (₹5), from the next bus stop (Less than 350 meters ahead) three delhi transit ticket checkers boarded the bus and immediately asked me for the ticket. Yesterday Incidence when we were sitting in the DTC Bus No. DL 1PC 7453 at Shivaji Stadium at 6.40 PM, The Conductor came at 7.00 PM and told that all the passengers the bus start at 7.30 PM . All the passengers were get down the bus, After that 7.15 driver and conductor start the bus and run away from Shivaji Stadium. This is the behavior s of BTC driver, conductor and Time keepers (ATI) .
These issues must not be ignored and acted upon seriously.

The Driver of above mentioned bus is known to be very rude with passengers. Not at all service oriented person, not opening the door for women even if the bus is standing for longer on a red light, if a crowd is getting in bus on any stop closing the door even if a person is getting crushed at entire public in bus is shouting but he is least bothered. Not ready to stand on stop for long even if the no. of passengers getting down from the bus are higher.

I was travelling from shekh Sarai to pamposh enclave and the actual fare was rs 10 in an AC etc bus. Conductor of the bus starting abusing and charge 15 after argument. That was very humiliating and the abuse( Gali galoch) was bad. Also he made the ticket from previous stop till my stop for 15. I am an honest tax payer and very much upset with the insident.

As i have seen at your website customer satisfaction is 1%, so you people are as pathetic as you bus service staff. So this is regarding bus no. Dl-1pc 6298 i was standing at the bus stop near the saket metro, willing to go badarpur, so this bus driver didn't stop the bus at that stop, but this # has to stop the bus 50 m away from the stop bcz of traffic, daily commuters need to run to the bus to get it through the high pace traffic, so now tell me if someone get hurt bcz of you # employee who is going to take the responsibility?? Timing was around 10.15 pm. So let me know what kind of action you are going to take again that.

There are many wild dogs in my neighborhood, due to which the entire locality remains dirty, and cut off small children and keep shouting loudly, due to the dog, the whole neighborhood has become disturbed,
So you are requested that all the dogs in our neighborhood.

What the hell is going on dtc bus.in delhi. I think all bus conductor have no manner to talk with someone else. Which types of training has been provided by delhi government. I am suraj today in morning (16/06/2018) in shastri nagar metro. I took the bus. I gave the fare to bus conductor. But ticket is not given to. Then i said why are you not giving the ticket. Then he speak rudely. Sit down. Again i said this government bus so why r you not giving ticket. I think this case is daily done by bus conductor.in shastri nagar bus timing is7:36am (Saturday) bus no - dl 1pd 3099
So plz take action against dtc bus conductor.

I am residing in kamalapuri colony, near the green bawarchi, srinagar colony. We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people, and very problematic at night times also. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

Bus conductor don't know how to use the ticket vending machine then he started arguing with me. I took bus from palam health center and my destination was rk purum sector 8
Conductor allotted ticket me from sec2- & 6 dwarka abd shown on my ticket is aps colony
I gave him 10rs and he charged me full but didn't gave right ticket

We would like to inform you that our colony is infested with street dogs where they create nuisance. They have increased in large number. They didn't allow anyone to pass through the streets even our children can't play or go outside. They fight among themselves and the noise is unbearable. At night it becomes difficult to sleep. Especially they bark in every child, elder people, hawkers passing through the street. It's not only difficult for the strangers to pass, but also our street people. I humbly request you to please look into the matter as early as possible and send a dog catcher team so that they can take them away from the area.

Hello sir,
I would like to give you an account of an incident that happened with me on 25/05/2018 as i was driving to my work. Near lajpat nagar metro station, bus driver, named rohit rana, driving the bus no. Dl 1 pc 5377, suddenly stopped the bus on the road, there was no bus stop, and as i was driving behind him, my bike's mudguard got hit from the bus, there could have been a bigger incident. Clearly he was not following any traffic rules, and he continued to drive the bus ahead even after this.

I request you to please take stringent action against him.

Today am travelling in a red bus route no 879a and the bus number dl 1pc 8809. I am going to rohini sec d2 sector 15 from rohini sector 7&8 xing and he charged me 15 rupees in place of 10 rupees. I travel every day by bus and i buy ticket of 10 rupees but today he charged 15 rupees, when i oppose him he miss behaved with me and he gave me ticket of last stop of the bus but i have to debored before he charged 5 rupees extra and miss behaved with me...

Plz note today i travel with dtc bus no. Dl-1p c 7207 (Bus route kesho pur depot) from laxmi nagar at morning 7:31, bus stop, the driver is driving the bus very dangersily and even not open the gate at ito red lite when asked by me. I told him that conductor confirm me before taking ride that bus will go to ito, now because bus is not going straight to ito and going to ring road instead, i request driver and conductor to open the gate at ito red lite. But unfortunately not open the gate and behaving very badly.

My concern is that while driving the bus driver forget to follow traffic rule and driving the bus very fast and risking life of passenger he should be punished.
I request u to plz take action against that driver and conductor who misguiding the passenger and not helping when ask.

I will be very thankful to u i[censored] take action against that type of person.
