Respected sir,
I asked conductor (bus no 2544 and route no 740 date 18/05/2018) for ticket from daula kaun to delhi cantt railway station but he did not provide me delhi cantt railway station ticket and dtc printed ticket destination was not clearly visible.i am from outside delhi so was not aware of my exact destination so I had faith on conductor. Suddenly some ticket checker came and ask 200 rs fine.they did not even consult this with conductor and compel me to pay 200 rs without any mistake.they were just completing their target not concerned about right issue.so I want to know what can I do further .can I file this complain to any other plateform also.what dtc suggest me to do.
Kindly take strict action against such unscrupulous conductors and ticket checkers, atleast this conductor and I hope dtc will provide fully visible printed ticket very soon.

I boarded an orange Bus # 761. Number at Inside Front of bus - DL 1 P - 0268 at Peera Ghari, approx. time 5:30 pm. The bus took off too fast hardly giving me a chance to board.
Thereafter the driver did Not Stop at Designated Bus Stops, though people
were waving at him. He drove Very Fast and many "jerks"
Also in this bus and others I have traveled - though there is a sign telling people to complain about several things - in this Bus and Each Bus I have Noted - the Top line with the # to call to complain has been mostly wiped off.
Please do give this young driver a warning, before his fast and reckless
driving results in an accident.

I want to bring in your notice that we have a problems with the street dogs in our area kewal park near azadpur, delhi. These dogs attacked on the street passer by and as well as neighbours also. Sometimes they bite & wounded children's & adult passing through the dog. Due to these dogs the atmosphere of the street is too bad.
There is a person called dr. Satish who serve them food and that is the reason the population of these dogs has been increased upto 17-20 dogs. Dog catcher team had visited so many times from mcd but dr. Satish gave them bribery and not let them catch these dogs.
Kindly take strict action against these dogs. Please send some senior dept of dog catcher whoever has a power to catch these dogs.

This is regarding the lack of busses to route 469.
I am a ca student
And i use to come to laxmi nagar from sangam vihar daily..

My classes gets over at 1-1:30pm..
And to come back to home, i use to wait for bus.
But i never use to get bus on time.
Daily i wait for 1-2 hours.
What the # is this going on..
In such a season where sun is above head i have to waste my precious time on waiting for bus..
Kindly increase the nmber of busses to route 469..
Plz plz.. Its an request..

I am a student of msit janakpuri. I travel from moolchand to my college daily. I have a bus pass regarding that. But today i forgot it and boarded 874 from andrews ganj. As i am not habitual of ticket taking due to the pass (Which i don't do while traveling on ac bus), i hadn't any idea. Ticket checking people boarded the bus at andrews ganj and they fined me midway between the very next stop i. E. South ex. I was ready to take the ticket as not a single stop has passed. I always buy ticket (I have each and every ticket saved with me till now) butn't they listen to my query today. Why were they so rude? Even one ticket checker left me saying you may take the ticket now but the other one rudely snatched 200 note.

Humble request to please make these ticket checking people make aware that all aren't the same.

On 27 apr 2018 at 8.05 am when i was crossing road from border to dilshad garden metro an ac bus red coloured no cl 1p9822 (Bus number can be confirmed by dtc on investigation) tried to hit me. It was very slow when it was far but when it came near to me the driver increased the speed of bus with criminal intention to crush me. It was not necessary to enhance the speed due to crowd of pedestrians in the morning. Cctv clippings can prove it. You are requested to investigate and give justice.

My name is bhagwati prasad tiwari and i am the resident of delhi last 30 years

Today on 05/05/2018 i was coming from anand vihar to khajuri (Bhajanpura) near about 5:30 am with my family

I took bus from anand vihar which was of route no 212 from anand vihar to anand parvat...

After entering in bus i paid the exact amount of bus fair. But the bus conductor refused to giving me bus ticket against my payment

But when i asked for bus ticket.. Bus conductor and bus driver both started to threaten me and said if i resist for it they will pull me down from running bus and started the abusing language.

So it is my humble request to you sir that please make sure this kind of action can not be placed again with any one

And pls punish them for their bad behaviour

There are so many street dogs in this locality. The number of dogs in our street have been increasing rapidly and these posses many problems for local people, they always barking on people... They keep on chasing the people. Children are not able to move freely in the society.

These dogs barking in night which create problem to us. These dogs also creats unhygenic condition on street. You are kindly requested to send the dog catching squad local authorities the "dog catchers" are requested to take prompt and strict action against the problem faced.

I’m a student and live in vasant kunj.
Everyday i took bus from indian spinal injuries center to chattarpur.
Today (5th may 2018) at 9:10 i board a bus (539 to mehrauli)
No. Dl 1pc 7527, i gave the conductor 5 rs as verma farms to andheria more cost 5 rs he stares at me and in a high pitch everyone was started watching at me. He asked me where you want to go i said chattarpur he said 10rs mai chattarpur jaoyge aap. I said i travel everyday & gave 5 rs for chattarpur. He said nhi 10rs ki ticket h. That was so embarrassing everyone was watching you.
Despite of knowing it costs 5 rs i have to give him 10rs and then he gave me the ticket from mahilpalpur to andheria more.

I want to take action against these rude behaviour conductor and his pitch was so high.

I would like to now if the traffic management change the bus route for one day, then the bus driver stop the bus in any bus stop or not, if the passenger was the same route but the bus route is not that route then bus need to stop or not. If bus need to stop then i have to compliant bus no-720 shahdra to janakpuri bus driver is narender, dl1pc0864, i am a girl and i need to stop 720 bus in moti bagh nanakpura gurudwara but he not stop i have to run 1km then he stop and said that bus route is not right so i cant stop the but, i want to know where is written that if the bus route is change the driver not stop the bus in bus stand. I am putting an email to cm. Mr. Kajrewal, if the delhi tranpot charge the bus route so he need to stop the bus in every bus stop.

Sir mai sec-6 noida ke stand se bas me chadha maine anand vihar ka ticket liya jo ki rs 29 ka hota hai conductor ne mujhe rs 30 ka diya condctr. Phone ki leads kaan me lagaya hua tha ne mujhe bola meri marji mai to 30 ka hi doonga. Aur conductor baar baar yahi bolta raha ki meri marji maine de di hai leni padegi.

Hi,

I have observed between 5:30 am to 6:30 am there is no confirm service of bus from nehru place to najafgardh route 764. Sometime 3 to 4 buses go within 15 minuyes. Sometime one has to wait for 30 minutes to get the bus. Because of delay in bus arrival, there is huge crowd in the bus even during this early morning time, causing too much inconvenience to passengers which includes school going children too. There is no consistency of service during the period mentioned.
Requesting to look into the issue.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that we are facing a lot of problems at noise sector 62 to get a bus for dhaula khan. I am facing this problem for the last 4 years. There is no improvement in the services.
1. We stand at busdtop and we don't know which one will go first.
2. Daily there are 4- 5 buses they keep their doors close and they never tell their timings
3. The person who sits there is waste. He just have tea and tiffin and does nothing
4. I would like to mention particularly one bus 8019 driver murari, conductor and guard umesh they terate bus like their property.
5. Don't follow the times just they make people fun.
I am not going to leave this complain here.

Dear sir/madam,

I was travelling from mehrauli to janpath (Cannught place) in 505 vide ticket no 00117439 on 24/04/18 around 08:53:48 am. At hauz khas, driver was driving recklessly and he pull the sudden brakes, i was injured in that incident and my nose was bleeding after impact.

Please take appropriate action against driver.

I would like to bring your attention towards the increasing number of dogs in bungalow road, jawahar nagar. Most of these stray dogs are carrying diseases on them and are a constant threat to the residents of the area. Since its largely a students occupied locality, i would request you to consider their health and safety.

The dogs are constant menace as its getting increasingly difficult to walk on the pavement which has them lying floor and of course the road is almost always occupied with a line of vehicles leaving the pedestrians to zig-zag their way to the destination.

There are lot of dogs at balewadi gaon. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Dogs are big problems to our 2wheelwer seat covers. It's not affordable for us to change daily. I would be greatfull if you could help us as early as possible. It's difficult to park and vehicles and diffcult roam in balewadi gaon... Specially at night period. Also, there are lot of voice of barking dogs at night period. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks

I don't know whether you understand the problems of public or not. When private busses are allowed to run, there was a guaranty that we can get a bus for our destination. After the private busses were out of road every time you announced for new dtc busses. But gradually the dtc busses disappears from the road. And mr. Kejriwal talking about pollution free delhi by using public transport and in the office hour your busses are not running. How can you do this to public so shamelessly? You run the busses at your will, sometimes you run 5 to 6 busses at the same time like train boggy and sometimes we have to wait for 1 hour, 2 hour and you talking about dtc losses. Shame on you. Have you think why private busses run with full of passengers and dtc busses are not. Think about it. You have taken us granted. Any organization can run in a better way if the concerned authority want to run, want to manage in a systematic way. You don't follow your own rule/system. I have seen many times the dtc busses do not complete their destined route harassing the public. Shame on you and your department.

Bus no dl 1pc 3122 route 729 time near 8:15 pm. Bus driver drive rough and above speed. He did not stop anywhere between old delhi to badi post office. This is very sad we are living in delhi and we are promoting them. When i said why you driving rough then he said take it a personal cab. I will drive same. If you hv problem then you can go down. One more incident happen a guy deboard at pn. Pnt marg and he climb from front door and suddenly the driver close the door. He go down at road because his shoes stuck in door. It's gud luck that time no van behind him. He save. But this driver did not feel im barres. Even driver said it's his fault. When i told him you are wrong you informed that come from back door. Then he aggressive on me.

This is our government bus service. We feel shame on delhi government. Such driver they are hiring who doesn't care human life.

There is no dtc bus service from police line rohini depot sec-3 to kanjhawla
Between 6:00 am to 6:45 a. M yet bus route are 114, gramin mudrika, 972a, 962, 174, 741. It is very problem those people who do night duty and take duty off at 6:00 a. M. Also to other people who wants to go towards kanjhawla side early morning. I personally contact scendia house, kanjhawla rohini sec-3, wazirpur and gtk depot but not any person listen my problem carefully.

Please understand our problem and do needful.

Service of bus no.166 is very poor inspite there are many buses for this route. Passengers are waiting for 1 hours at bus stand but there is no bus for their convenience. One more thing, 4 or 5 buses of 166 buses are always travels together which is useless.. Why they doing like this.? They can also travel their bus on proper time interval but they can't 🙄... Please do something i[censored] are understanding someone's problem.
