Dear KDMC,

Couple of times I have complaint through call that kala TALAV road, rambaugh lane 4 and nearby Rambaugh Gurudwara road and way Kalyan station road...all this way we're have too many street dogs now...they are really very dangerous, even though in day too they start biting, barking and following in a gang. it's look like now we cannot go outside without car...if go through bike then they jump or try to follow us...

Route # 539A Mehrauli to Najafgarh

Yesterday ( 12.07.2023) I was travelling in A.C. bus 539A, ( bus no. DL51GD-2979) and my Ticket no. is 14578/256 kh) from Mehrauli to Najafgarh, I ride from Kishangarh, Vasant Kunj, AT 5.00 PM, conductor was occupying 2 seats, I request him to give me one seat, as I am Senior Citizen, he refused very badly, and start abusing, like if you can not stand then why you travel, etc. I just want to confirm, that does he can occupy 2 seats.? br...

I am complaining about that there is no time set or we have less buses of 832 number. It also reached after 1 hour's.
Please provide more buses in sagarpur area there is no metro neither we get bus as well. I am standing on bus stand at 7:30 to now 8:20 still there is no bus for 832 number. Please take action. Lot's off people facing the same issues....

Driver take wrong route daily

Respected sir/mam
I would like to inform that me and many people including old ones daily get late for their work.due to wrong route taken by bus driver from mayur vihar phase one . We daily wait one hour for bus but driver go over the bridge because the route from mayur vihar phase 1 is blocked due to some reason. So kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible

I want to draw your kind attention towards bus route no. 974 which was very smooth in previous times as compared to the new bus structure. I am really facing a hard time at this time because there is no specific time of this bus route and very less service also.

There is very poor service of dtc buses 192 & 61 in sant nagar burari North delhi.
We have to wait for the buses at bus stands for too long and there are no buses there. I have complaint about this issue previously many many times but there is no support shown from any department. If this issue will not be resolved then next I will write to MLA of burari Sanjeev jha will write about the issue at his office....

About bus driver takes wrong route daily

Dear sir/ma'am
I want to tell you that me or all people like me have to wait for the bus at the bus stop, the bus goes over the bridge because the bus has to turn on the phase 1 route, so the drivers take the bus from the bridge Which is the wrong route and all the people going to office get late everyday due to which there is a waste of time, please find a solution because I cannot go by metro everyday, it is a very expensive means...

Misbehaving of Conductor and Driver

I took bus route is 205 (Seemapuri Depot) from GPO to ISBT Nityanand Marg. Firstly, the conductor didn't tell me the bus will not go to ISBT Nityanand Marg and suddenly the driver changed the route in between. Upon Asking to stop the bus, so that I can leave the bus, they didn't stop the bus and both conductor and driver misbehaved with me.

The driver and conductor didn't share their names on asking. Please take strict action...

Waiting period is 45 minutes: No bus is available

Address:Chankyapuri

It is happening since one and half months. RL.77, 75 and 79 are running too much late resulting a long wating for the passengers going on duty. Waiting period is 45-50 minutes, which is unbelievable. Even more drivers put the route number suddenly and bus starts for its destination. There is no passenger except one or two. Could not understand what is going on. Kindly look into the matter and pass appropriate order to the concerned staff...

Didn't receive Epass after 10 days

It's been over a week now since I applied for the pass, and your website still shows the same status (Application Is received and payment is under clearing), although my payment was successful and I check it on the bank's website. Bus driver Misbehaving

Bus number DL1PD5731 blue bus at 4:15 on 30 June. When I and my friend was coming to coaching we took this bus we told bus driver to stop many times but he didn't stop at station and stop at farthest station where I didn't even know the way .I complaint many times but they are just giving another number which are not available please take action ....

Driver is not stop the bus at bus stand or irregular stop

My name is vijay, i am a chartered accountant. i have a concern with a bus driver who is employee of (DTC) driving a bus no. DL51GD4066, RHN-37(N).
this driver is not stoping the bus on bus stand my wife and other passengers is showing hand to stop the bus but he was ignoring all of them. i follow him and my caught him on another bus stand. he is not apologies his mistake even he is misbehaving with me also....

Complaint against Ticket Checker Abhishek

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Ticket Checker Abhishek regarding an incident that occurred yesterday, June 27, 2023. I was traveling on bus number DL 1PC-6892 from Baroda House to the MCD office in the evening, using the 410 routes.
Upon boarding the bus, the conductor issued me a ticket for Rs. 10, indicating the journey from Krishi Bhavan to Lajpat Nagar, instead of the correct starting point...

Complaining about driver and conductor

The Conductor of the bus no( DL 1PC 6722) Does not give my balance money back and saying i don't have change . He was saying the same thing to more peoples traveling in the bus . And he was replying very rudely. please take action against conductor so he don't do the same thing again . and give me my balance money back Rs 5.
