I have applied for a bus pass on August 10, 2023. But my application has been rejected on August 11, 2023 stating Your Bus Pass Application Id[protected] has been rejected due to non-submission of Duly filled pass application form attested by authorised signature of the institute, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.

I paid 500 rupees via Google Pay and after rejection i haven't got the refund for the same.

Bus number 923, services is vey slow and minimum bus available in this rout, please increased the bus services in Najafgarh to old Delhi (923).
We are facing lot's of problem in daily routine.

Today I was travelling in DTC bus route DL1PC9383 at 10:20, and I asked for ladies seat which was consumed by a young boy who started misbehaving when I asked for the seat . I made the payment for my DTC e-bus pass on 23rd July 2023. However, as of today, 27th July, I have not yet received the e-pass. I have attempted to contact the DTC Department multiple times, but each time their phone lines either show as switched off or busy. My DTC bus pass application number is[protected].

Sir i was traveling in bus 544 i had ticket of andrews ganj bus didn't stop on andrews ganj bus stopped on south extension i came out so ticket checker stopped me i explained situation bus didn't stop on andrews ganj but he forcibly checked my bag and took 200 from my wallet and abused me even i had ticket bus didn't stop

I’m facing a problem of not getting a single bus in between 7:30 to 10:30p.m. In old delhi railway station to palla village distance route no.125. I’m facing this issue form approximately 2 months and regularly i drop a complaint but nothing is happen to my complaint this is a worst experience after changing your pervious schedules. We are not reaching home at time if any thing would happen then you all are responsible because i’ m complaining for approximately 10 weeks.
I again requesting you to pls look in this matter, we didn’t get any convence for this location.

Yesterday while I was coming back home in DTC bus, the bus driver didn't stop the bus at the bus stop and was not driving the bus the right way, upon saying that I will complain about this on consumer complaints and DTC official website, they stopped the bus immediately on the road and misbehaved with me. The bus was heading from Kashmere gate to Chauhan Patti, Date - 25/07/2023, Time - 16:35, Bus number - 258, I don't remember the exact bus plate number but the last four digits were 2290, i request to please take actions against this driver. Or else I will complaint in the higher authority. Is this the reason I pay taxes that the civil defence person also misbehaved with me.

Sir, i lost my brown color wallet in dtc bus no DL1PC 7566 on July 21, 2023 between 1900 hours to 2000 hours in dtc bus route no 740 from ITO to Krishi Bhavan which was voing to Uttam Nagar Terminal. My office id card, adhar, pan, debit, credit cards etc important documents lost in the wallet. There was no crowd in the bus, kindly check the cctv footage during the 1900 hrs tk 2000 hrs of the bus.

Yesterday, we shyam sunder narula and my wife kiran Narula, senior citizens were travelling on our two wheeler scooter towards Lajpat Nagar Metro Station Road at 4.25 p.m. DTC orange bus No. DLDC 6127(Route No. 727) was standing at Lajpat Nagar Metro Station Bus stop. We were passing from right side of the bus keeping sufficient distance/gap. All of a sudden the driver of the bus took the bus on the right side with very high speed because of which we have to stop our scooter urgently and our scooter fell down on the road. Behind our scooter there was heavy traffic and the cars behinf our scooter also had to use their emergency breaks. In this scenerio, three private cars were collide with each other and there was traffic jam on the road. But the bus driver did not stop the bus even after seeing all this and rashed the bus on very high speed. However, we managed to took photograph of this bus in question and again tried to stop the bus but failed to do so.

Under the above circumstances, We senior citizens, request the concerned authorities for taking strict ation against the above bus driver to save of lives of innocent citizens.

We hope for immediate action and expect a reply from the concerned authorities. Otherwise, we shall be compelled to take up the matter at other appropriate forums for the action against the above driver.
