Today I was travelling in DTC bus route DL1PC9383 at 10:20, and I asked for ladies seat which was consumed by a young boy who started misbehaving when I asked for the seat . When I asked to the bus conductor and Marshall to help me in getting the seat then they said that ladies reserved seat is valid only till 3 stops from the source . If government is giving seat reservation and help in the form of Marshall and conductor then why it can...

I applied for the "Student All Route AC/Non-AC" bus pass, paid Rs. 533 via UPI (PhonePe), but didn't receive any pass details. Please confirm if the pass will be generated or process a refund of Rs. 533. Attached is the payment screenshot for reference.

Dear DTC,

I applied for the "Student All Route AC/Non-AC" bus pass on 30th July 2023, paying Rs. 533 via UPI (PhonePe). Unfortunately, my application was rejected, and I seek a refund for the amount paid. Attached is the payment screenshot as proof of the successful transaction.

I made the payment for my DTC e-bus pass on 23rd July 2023. However, as of today, 27th July, I have not yet received the e-pass. I have attempted to contact the DTC Department multiple times, but each time their phone lines either show as switched off or busy. My DTC bus pass application number is[protected].

Sir i was traveling in bus 544 i had ticket of andrews ganj bus didn't stop on andrews ganj bus stopped on south extension i came out so ticket checker stopped me i explained situation bus didn't stop on andrews ganj but he forcibly checked my bag and took 200 from my wallet and abused me even i had ticket bus didn't stop

I’m facing a problem of not getting a single bus in between 7:30 to 10:30p.m. In old delhi railway station to palla village distance route no.125. I’m facing this issue form approximately 2 months and regularly i drop a complaint but nothing is happen to my complaint this is a worst experience after changing your pervious schedules. We are not reaching home at time if any thing would happen then you all are responsible because i’ m complaining for approximately 10 weeks.
I again requesting you to pls look in this matter, we didn’t get any convence for this location.

Yesterday while I was coming back home in DTC bus, the bus driver didn't stop the bus at the bus stop and was not driving the bus the right way, upon saying that I will complain about this on consumer complaints and DTC official website, they stopped the bus immediately on the road and misbehaved with me. The bus was heading from Kashmere gate to Chauhan Patti, Date - 25/07/2023, Time - 16:35, Bus number - 258, I don't remember the exact bus plate number but the last four digits were 2290, i request to please take actions against this driver. Or else I will complaint in the higher authority. Is this the reason I pay taxes that the civil defence person also misbehaved with me.

Sir, i lost my brown color wallet in dtc bus no DL1PC 7566 on July 21, 2023 between 1900 hours to 2000 hours in dtc bus route no 740 from ITO to Krishi Bhavan which was voing to Uttam Nagar Terminal. My office id card, adhar, pan, debit, credit cards etc important documents lost in the wallet. There was no crowd in the bus, kindly check the cctv footage during the 1900 hrs tk 2000 hrs of the bus.

Yesterday, we shyam sunder narula and my wife kiran Narula, senior citizens were travelling on our two wheeler scooter towards Lajpat Nagar Metro Station Road at 4.25 p.m. DTC orange bus No. DLDC 6127(Route No. 727) was standing at Lajpat Nagar Metro Station Bus stop. We were passing from right side of the bus keeping sufficient distance/gap. All of a sudden the driver of the bus took the bus on the right side with very high speed because of which we have to stop our scooter urgently and our scooter fell down on the road. Behind our scooter there was heavy traffic and the cars behinf our scooter also had to use their emergency breaks. In this scenerio, three private cars were collide with each other and there was traffic jam on the road. But the bus driver did not stop the bus even after seeing all this and rashed the bus on very high speed. However, we managed to took photograph of this bus in question and again tried to stop the bus but failed to do so.

Under the above circumstances, We senior citizens, request the concerned authorities for taking strict ation against the above bus driver to save of lives of innocent citizens.

We hope for immediate action and expect a reply from the concerned authorities. Otherwise, we shall be compelled to take up the matter at other appropriate forums for the action against the above driver.

Today I stand on bawana the came and stop the stand thera a huge crowd to day the bus driver start the bus with out stay passenger that way iam fell down on back door please check bus cctv camera bus was blank why driver start the bus ...

Next iam going next stand with my husband but driver not stop bus Aditi college and not stop mahrishi dayat hospital finally I am pick this bus phoot village ...iam ask the driver why he didn't stop bus all stop ..and why he survive blank bus on road ...

This is for electric bus number DL51GD9252, the driver was driving extremely rash on the turn from lado Sarai golf course to MG road. He hit and rubbed against my car and did not care to stop. Then he once again cut the bus as if it was an autorickshaw almost about to hit again and once again sharp to the left to park. When I approached why is he driving like that, he started shouting back. It is taxpayers money, lives on the road, harming other peoples vehicles and no remorse at all. Please take action or I will be happy to keep taking this up with higher authorities or media channels if needed.

Dear Sirs,
I have been regularly travelling from Noida to Delhi. I used to take the buses from the Police Chowki Botanical Garden Bus stand. I find that most of the buses, namely 33, 34, 34A, 347, 319, 493 buses just pass through the stand without allowing the passengers to get into it. They expect that all the passengers should come to Botanical Depot and then get into the bus. Please be informed that even in the bus depot there is no place to sit for the commuters to sit and wait for the bus for long hours. Since there is a dedicated bus stand has been created and allowing the people to get into the bus, the drivers run away randomly making peoples life miserable. People have to travel long distance reaching to that bus stand is a big task. Thereafter, the drivers this kind of behavior's to the public is questionable and should not be encouraged The governments does encourage people to take the public transport to avoid the heavy traffics and pollution.
In view of the above, I humbly request the authority to look into the matter and do the needful resolve this issue and help the public with immediate effect.

The driver of DTC was harsh driving with camera off and also was not stopping at station, misbehaving if asked to stop...shouting unnecessarily and it was 567 towards Kamruddin Nagar Evening 6-7PM( 17th July '2023. DTC No. DL IPD - 6108

Couple of times I have complaint through call that kala TALAV road, rambaugh lane 4 and nearby Rambaugh Gurudwara road and way Kalyan station road...all this way we're have too many street dogs now...they are really very dangerous, even though in day too they start biting, barking and following in a gang. it's look like now we cannot go outside without car...if go through bike then they jump or try to follow us in a gang...in all the spots which I have mentioned...all that spots have 10 to 15 dogs healthy dogs readdy to bite or kill you, really very scary 😭 kindly do something please and take away this all Street dogs somewhere in jungle... otherwise they really kill us.

This month 😭 8 to 9 times I tried to save my self... In early morning I have to go office but I feel like I am crossing the border whenever I pass there bay's...it's not there bay, that is a Gov road where people should walk 😭

Also in night shift at around 10 pm when I have to go office, all dogs we're sitting in a group I have to pay 50rs to rikshaw vala so he can securely drop me Kalyan station.

If am warning you guys if I loos my temper and if I fill that now I will kill by that dog's then definitely I will hire human group and I will pay them to catch all dogs and drop near municipal corporation office... then you guys will understand the comman pain.

Request you guys to take action as soon as possible...this is really very very urgent.

It's not a joke okay.
