Today i boarded a DTC orange bus from Rao Tula Ram College (Bus No:764 Plate no: DL 1PD 0060) at 12 noon (approx). I had to get off at Subroto Park Bus Stop. I gave the conductor 5 rs to avail the ticket. The conductor took the money and kept quite. I asked him to give the ticket but he refused and said its alright i'll take care of it if somebody asks. I asked him again i want the ticket no matter what but he kept quite again. As Subroto Park bus stand was just 2 stand away from where i boarded, i had to get off the bus. The conductor kept the money for himself. Its really sickening to see corruption at this scale and that too for 5 rs. Most people wouldn't care to launch a complain and i too have hesitated for a long time. This wasn't the first incident when the conductor of DTC bus did not give the ticket. I have had many previous encounters before. Therefore its my sincere request that proper action should be taken against the conductor. Anuj Singh Rawat, [protected]

Respected Authority, Today I boarded a bus having bus no 7269 and route no 761 at Netaji Subash Place aroud 1540 hrs on 23/06/15. I asked for a ticket to AD block Shalimar Bagh, he gave me a ticket and tore the ticket at the end to mark which is usually done. When i got down at my stop the ticket checker asked for my ticket which I produced as asked, but they said that this was not the ticket of this route and was the ticket for the reverse journey and was issued a challan 336985 of Rs 200/- . We as passengers don't know what the condutor marks when he tears bits of the ticket. This is a straight case o[censored]nfair means to extort money from us and put us in harms way. I request the authority to look into the matter and I will also register a case to the Consumer forum.

MYSELF LOKESH, TOMMORROW I GO FROM MOTHER DAIRY STOP TO GOVINDPURI MOSTLY BUSES NOT GOING THERE. MOSTLY 469 ORANGE BUS THEY ALWAYS TAKE HALF ROUTE ONE OF THEM IS IS DL1PC3918. WHEN I ASK TO CONDUCTOR HE REPLIED THERE IS BALLON PROBLEM IN THE BUS & HE DROP ALL PASSENGERS AT LAJPAT NAGAR CROSSING STOP.

Hi, i am a software engineer, today at 9:15 am, when i catch a wrong bus, driver told me to change bus at next stop, suddenly checking staff arrived at next stand & ask for ticket, driver supported me, that in hurry i had got in wrong, but the checker asked driver to move on & make a scene in front of public, in fact one of checker said that i[censored] don't have money i will pay your expenses, i was trying to explain that it was not my fault. but they stuck on the same thing that you have to pay fine, at last when it seems to be drama in public place at ambedkarnagar stand, i agree to pay fine of rs 200. & moved on i warned checker that i will surely make complaint against him, he advised me to call 100 (police cell no). i want a strict action him, how one can do after knowing all the facts.

No time schedule, at least from starting point. and very low frequency. root no 715, 10 year pahale 15-20 minute me 1 bus thi, aur 10 year bad population bad gayee aur bus band ho gayee. Terminal se bhi koi time table nahi hai, atleast terminal se to right time se he nikalni chahiye. time se niklegi to 10-15 (beech ka trafic time ) minute intjar ke bad to bus mill he jayegi. agar bus terminal time per per pahuchti ha to 10-15 (beech ka trafic time ) minute ke bad terminal se niklanee chahiye, aur agar late hoti hai to turant neekalni chahiye. means 15-20 minute trafic jam ke rakhane chahiye aur starting point se to right time he neeklani chahiye. RTV every 6 minute me, DTC ko RTV ki bahut fikar/ Chinta ha. DTC RTV se dosti neebha rahee ha.

Gadi no DL1PC 1532 of subhash plce depot om rute no 978 is gadi k driver ne aaj subha najafgarh se nangloi k taraf aate hue chanchal park se le k risal grdn k stand tk gadi ni roki aur zig zag tarike se gadi chala rha tha So plz take a suitable action on it is baar to photo le ni paya but next time i will

Hi, It's just happened 10 minutes back with me. I climbed in bus 34A at 9.07 am from sector-21 bus stand today. I had to go until rajnigandha hence I gave 10rs. To the conductor for 4rs. Ticket . He immediately asked to give Rs.4 change to which I said I cannot give since I don't have any change. He immediately to which he replied " ap utar jao dusri bus lelo" when I told him to why should I take the second bus it is for public convenience and not for you to harass. He said " thik hai fir tyaar raho fine dene k liye". I have recorded him as well on my phone and he didn't even stopped to say that agey se bina stand k mt roka kr specially ladies ko.. Even though I took bus " from the stand .. Stand sector -21, noida" I called up control room too at the same time but since I was not in the bus they didn't tool any action . I even tried all your helpline numbers but they are never reachable . I don't feel secured going in DTC buses because of such .attaching pics fyr P.s - I travel very less from bus and still this has happened 2nd time with me. Earlier when I tried switching my camera on that conductor immediately handed over the change to me. I have the video as well which I am not able to attach since its heavy. If someone responds I can send it in a CD or something

DTC 507 RED AC BUSES COMPALIN HELLO I M JAVED GAUR I USED TO TRAVEL IN BUS NUMBER 507 EVERYDAY BUT AFTER 6 PM EVERY RED AC 507 NUMBER BUS DONT GO TO ABUL FAZAL ENCLAVE RED BUSES 507 NUMBER AFTER 6 PM THEY GOES TO LAJPAT NAGAR ONLY NOT TO ABUL FAZAL ENCLAVE AND BECOZ OF THIS I WAIT MORE THEN 1 HOUR EVERYDAY ON HAUZ KHAS BUS STAND BECOZ OF THIS I M TRAVELING IN GREEN AND ORANGE BUSES EVERDAY AFTER 6 PM SO PLESE CHECK THIS ROOT 507 NUMBER RED BUS (AC BUS) AFTER 6 PM WHY THEY DONT GO TO ABUL FAZAL ENCLAVE PLESE CHECK IT AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSEBEL AND TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION PLESE THANKS AND REGARD JAVED GAUR

Sir My self Para dua from Rohini sec-20 Delhi and my contact no is [protected]...sir my complaint is Regarding DTC route no 957 buses..sir i want to inform you that the 957 route no buses not running on there routes..After rohini sec-22 terminal bus should go to way from dividing road of rohini sec-20/2 sir it'a actual route...but DTC drivers not follow it..They takes the buses directly to the ring road from sec-22 terminal...sir i request you to please take an serious action

DL1PC-9760 AND ROUTE NO. 131 FROM NANGLOI TO AZADPUR TERMINAL AT ABOUT 10:12 AM AT PUNJABI BAGH CIRCLE) AS WELL AS THE PERSON IS TRY TO OVER TAKE ANOTHER BUS ROUTE NO. 978 WHICH IS ALSO COMING FROM THE SAME DIRECTION AND GOING FOR THE SAME STOP. DRIVER MANY TIME USE INSTANT BRAKE WHICH CREATE MANY PROBLEM TO THE PASSENGERS NOT ONLY FOR STANDING ALSO FOR SITTING ON CHAIRS. I HAVE ATTACHED THE TICKET COPY TO THE LETTER PLEASE CHECK THE MATTER. GHMC, started a well good thing of catching stray dogs but they're harming them a lot ! I would say that, if you think it as a very good program then do it by not harming them .Show some humanity ! You could solve it by catching star dogs where the complaint has come from operate them and leave them there again .

Hello...i live at B-200 LAjpat Nagar sahibabad ghaziabad up 201005...my name is hunny jethwani ...I m making this complaint regard the bad health of a street dog... This dog goes mad and showing very aggressive nature aNd it is very harmful to children...this dog is very ill...and can creats lots of diseases ...please take a step towards this...[protected]

i was travelling from mahipalpur to palam by bus no. DL 1P C8800 route no. 715A. i had taken a ticket of Rs. 20. At dwarka sector 1 bus stand some ticket checkers entered into bus and asked for ticket. But unfortunately i was unable to find my ticket at once. But ticket checker began to shout at me, i told him i have bought the ticket and that he may verify the same from the conductor. It was not that I was trying to get down from the bus...

I take bus daily from malviye nagar metro station to khirki village. Conductors daily asks for 5 Rs change. While They have change but they don't return change to passenger. Main daily dekhta hu ki mere se pehle kisi ne 5 Rs change de diya hai phir bhi baad me wo mere se 5 Rs. ka ticket ke liye 5 Rs. change hi mangta hai. Daily 2 change nahi hote hai mere pass, isi karan se kafi baar conductor ne mujhe change wapas nahi kiya hai or finally main bus se utar jata hu. Main ye dawa ke saath kehta hu ki conductor ke bag me kam se kam 50 se 100 rs. change rehta hai phir bhi jyadatar conductor wapas nahi karte hai. Rare case me hi kabhi kabhi koi conductor bina kuch kahe change wapas kar deta hai.

Yesterday I travelled in red bus of route number 971. AC is not working in whole route from model town to Anand vihar isbt. Bus no DL 1P C 9298. When I asked the cconductor for AC then he abuse on me. Kindly take strict action Manish soni [protected]

Sir, I want to complained about a conductor of the bus no-DL-1PC5528 when i travelling at 12:35 on today who was not give me ticket I have already give them money he told me "you wait I give you" ticket I am waiting for the but that man not give me ticket still I am wait when my stand comes near that person said to me sir why you need ticket your stand come go.sir its a really same for me that I give them money but that person not give me ticket. Sir I would like to asked a question when a customer not purchase ticket that person will be able to charge. if the conductor not give us ticket what rule for him sir please take an action against this.please sir this activity are involved to increased corruption.

I was travelling on saturday(14-mar-2015) by this bus. The bus was going to Dhaula Kuan. The driver was having his headphone put on throughout the tenure. He rashly took over two auto drivers and when they stopped to talk with him he was abusive and started quarelling with them. The vehicle number was DL-1P C8490. Please take relevant action against the bus driver.

B.B.M Depot of Delhi Transport has very poor & Pathetic boundary wall & it is adjoining to park in Indra vihar locality Delhi-9 Wall has sudden collapse & its a near miss accident. from the DELHI TRANSPORT CORPORATION

We the ladies from Mayur Vihar 2 like pocket

A to E face lots of problems during morning

& evening hours for going to Offices, Schools

Hospitals etc.

So Kindly take proper action immediately & do
