Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Complaint Regarding Accident with DTC Bus DL 1PD 7333

Dear DTC Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an accident that occurred yesterday involving my car and one of your buses (Bus No. DL 1PD 7333).
While I was driving, the bus hit my car and caused significant damage, including breaking the bumper. Despite the accident, the bus driver did not stop, did not come down to inspect the situation, and instead drove away. When I confronted him, he behaved very rudely and stated, “Jo ukhad lena hai ukhad le police wale, ” which I find extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
My car details: UP 16 CL 0062 (Honda WRV).
I have already reported the incident to 112, and they have noted the case.
