Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Complaint Regarding Driver Misbehavior and Failure to Stop at Bus Stand

Dear Team,
I would like to report an incident of inappropriate driver behavior.

At around 10:00 AM, at the Janpath Road bus stand (near the route towards Dr. Manmohan Singh’s house), the driver of the bus bearing Vehicle Number: DL51GD8606 did not stop the bus at the designated bus stand. When this was questioned, the driver behaved rudely and argued with my mother, causing inconvenience and distress.

Such behavior is unacceptable and goes against passenger service and safety norms. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.
