It's been over a week now since I applied for the pass, and your website still shows the same status (Application Is received and payment is under clearing), although my payment was successful and I check it on the bank's website. My bus pass was supposed to start from 26th June, and today is already 3rd July, but I have not received my bus pass yet. I kindly urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. If it is not possible to issue the bus pass promptly, I request either a refund of my payment so that I can apply for a new bus pass.
