Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Driver doesn't stop the bus at the TILAKPUL Chander Nagar Bus Stop

I was waiting for the bus at the TILAKPUL/ Chander Nagar bus stand when I saw the bus and sign with the hands to stop the bus. The driver doesn't stop the bus at all after seeing my hands. Also signals with the hand to take the other bus
