Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — DTC Challan by Satpal on July 22, 2025 with a planning

I was visiting here in delhi for the very first time. I was standing on rohini sec 18 red light and I boarded 879A bus from the red light. I was standing there with money in my hand. Bus as i was new in delhi I don't know who's the ticket provider and after just 1 minute checker came and fined me 200rs and when I requested I am new here he started to abuse me. I requested them to make a ticket but they told me to pay 200 and I paid them on their personal number. If its government fine then why they are not providing government QR code or number. I was mentally harassed by all 6-7 checkers. They even said we will call the police and handover you to them then you have to pay 2000. I was crying but they were laughing.
