Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — E-Bus pass not approved

Dear sir/ madam
Myself Amit Kumar Gautam, I applied for e-bus pass on 24.08.2022 & at the same time amount of 1012 rs deducted from my account but till today I don't receive any kind of mail from your side regarding new bus pass. For your reference please find the attachment of my last month e-bus pass.

It is my humble request to you, Please do the needful as soon as possible
