Dir Sir or Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund of my payment which I paid while applying for student bus pass But it's get rejected. I applied for on the 07June 2022 and its rejected after 2 days.
According to your term/condition the refund will be credited in consumer account under the 15 working days But it's 24th day. Till now didn't get any refund.
