Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Haven't received my e bus pass even after paying 500 rs

On 10th march, I submitted my online application for e bus pass, I had paid the corresponding 5 month fees ( 500 rs). and payment was confirmed from my side, however after the payment. my screen was stuck in infinite loop which went for about half an hour, altho I got the notification from the website, that the transaction was success. however I haven't received any sms or email from them regarding the successful submission of my application, which they usually do within minutes after payment . its been 2 days now, I haven't recieved my e bus pass, or a single sms regarding it . I have tried emailing them, and calling them multiple times, but they are not picking up my calls, or answering my emails, please do something about it .
