Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Misbehave by driver

Today ie 22.06.17 at around 12:50 pm while going to cannaught place via bus no. Dl 1p 8713 (Red bus) for the first time i asked the bus driver to open the bus gates at a place where bus stand was not there. He refused to do so and when i asked the reason he started abusing me. I was unaware of the fact that bus drivers are not allowed to open gates unless there is a stand. I told him to talk calmly to which he yelled and threatened me to go at the back. I went to the conductor and asked for the bus no. So even he behaved very roughly and told that he will get me down there only. Then i told him that i would get down at the next bus stop to which the bus driver again abused me and finally they forced me to get down without there being a stand. I just want to know the reason for which they were this rude and abusive to me. Though this is many of the thousands of complaints that are lodged everyday, one thing to note here is this kind of happenings could lead to some very serious outcomes in future.
