Sir/Madam,

I Shivam writing to lodge a complaint on behalf of my family. Today [[protected]], my sister [Roshni] was traveling on DTC Bus Number [DL1PD4230]. When the bus stopped at a station, the driver didn't stop the vehicle properly and didn't give passengers enough time to alight. As my sister was trying to get off, the bus door suddenly closed and her leg got stuck in the door. She suffered a sprain in her leg as a result.

I request you to take appropriate action in this matter. The bus driver and conductor should be instructed to stop the vehicle properly at stops, allow passengers to get on and off safely, and only drive after the door is properly closed.
