Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Private car damage

This email is to inform you about the DTC BUS DRIVER who hit my car today by changing lane without any indication and then when i confronted him and asked him to show me his license and ID he started abusing and gathered 4-5 people from the bus including the CONDUCTOR AND A MARSHALL and threatening me that JO KARNA HAI KRLE, TERE MEI DUM HAI TO
None of the people in the picture below showed me their ID and made a show on the road for 30 mins just trying to threaten and harass me.
I request the AUTHORITIES to take strict action against these goon DTC BUS DRIVER and make him compensate me for the damage he has done.
If the Police or Transport department cannot help me. I shall take the help of Court and name all those who have failed to help me.
