[Resolved]  Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Rs.200/- Challan fined to me by DTC employee Sh. Jaipal Singh, AT on 10.04.2021 at Shivaji Park Bus Stand, New Delhi

Respected Sir, Main aaj 10.04.2021 ko lagbhag sham 6.10 - 6.13 baje Desh Bandhu Gupta Bus Stand se Bus Route No. - 951, Bus No. 5308 mein baitha. Main bus conductor ko Rs.20/- diye aur conductor ko kaha ki mujhe ek ticket Kamla Market ka de do, bus conductor ne mujhe Rs.15/- ka bus ticket mujhe diya aur Rs.5/ mujhe waapis kiye. Mujhe yeh nahi pata ki bus conductor ne ticket kahan tak banaya hai, bus ticket par conductor log apna nisaan lagate hai jisse DTC ke ticket checker ko pata chal jaye ki Aadmi or Ladies kahan se Bus mein baitha hai aur kahan par utarega/utaregi lekin aam Aadmi or Ladies ko pata nahi chalta hai ki bus conductor ne uska ticket kahan tak banaya hai. Main Shivaji Park Bus Stand, New Delhi par jab utara ( Kyunki yahan se mera ghar najdeek hai) tab wahan par DTC ke 5 ticket checker khade the aur ek DTC checking Van mein baitha tha, DTC checking Van ka No. DL 1C AD2681 tha. DTC bus checker ne mujhse bus ticket manga maine ticket checker ko apna ticket diya, ticket checker ne kaha ki apna ticket bus conductor se check karwao bus ticket ne ticket dekha aur kaha ki yeh ticket Rs.15/- ka hai, inhone Rs.15/- ka ticket manga hoga, maine bus conductor ko kaha ki maine tumhe Rs.20/- dekar Kamla Market ka bus ticket manga tha aur tumne mujhe Rs.15/- ka bus ticket diya aur Rs.5/- waapis kiye lekin bus conductor ne jhooth bola ki tumne mujhe Rs.20/- nahi diye the. Maine DTC checking Staff ko bataya ki main bhi ek Central Government ka Employee (Ministry of Railways) hoon, aur saari baat unko batai tatha unhe yeh bhi kaha ki bus conductor jhooth bol raha hai, lekin DTC Checking Staff ne Bus conductor ki baat ko sach maana aur meri baat ko jhooth maana. Bus conductor ki baat ko sach maankar DTC checking Staff Sh. Jaipal Singh, AT ne mera Rs.200/- ka challan kaat diya. Maine Sh. Jaipal Singh, AT ko Rs.200/- diya aur unhone mujhe Rs.200/- ki receipt di. Atah aapse prathana hai ki Bus Route No.- 951, Bus No. 5308 ke bus conductor aur DTC checking Staff Sh. Jaipal Singh, AT ke upar uchit karyawahi karwane ki kripa karein tatha mujhe Rs.200/- waapis karwane ki bhi kripa karein jo bus conductor ki galti ki wajah se mujhe DTC checking Staff Sh.
