I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced while travelling on a DTC bus on[protected]
I boarded a bus from Jhatikra More to Bijwasan and purchased a ticket through the One Delhi app. The payment was successfully completed, and I received confirmation of the transaction. However, when my ticket was checked at Bijwasan, it showed as invalid due to a technical issue in the app.
Despite showing the payment status and proof of purchase to the ticket checker, and I was forced to pay a penalty of ₹200. As I was getting late for office and had no choice, I paid the amount on the spot.
This situation was very inconvenient and unfair, especially since the mistake occurred due to a failure in the One Delhi app and not on my part. I am requesting a refund of the ₹200 penalty that I was wrongly charged.
