My cousin Hira Zaidi took admission in Lady Shriram College through the Delhi University Portal on 14th October 2020. On 14th October 2020, we tried to submit the fees through my Credit Card. But there were multiple problem with the website - https://ug.du.ac.in/. On attempting to pay, the full fees of Rs. 20370 was charged to my card. However, there was a blank screen at the end of the payment process and we did not get any receipt for payment. The fees link was also active on the website even though the payment was done successfully. Since, we were not sure whether the payment was complete, we made another payment through Net Banking which was also successful. I have mailed them about the problem but I have not received any response from their end.
All customer care number provided are either not picked up or are switched off. I am therefore enclosing some information of the same in the hope that I will receive the refund for the amount as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
