I contact the grievance cell too still didn't get a response then I contacted the fees payment department every time they said you will get a refund in my account but still I didn't get it. I had paid the amount of 1100/- through UPI on 4th july, at 12:05 am which was deducted from my account but didnt show to be paid in the transcript website. I have done the process again through debit card for the money to go through. Please refund the amount as soon as possible....

I wanted to apply for my transcript through fastrack. I have completed the fast track payment and am stuck at the transcript issuing website. I have completed the process for 2 transcripts and had paid an amount of INR 1100/- for the same at 12:05 am of July 4th, 2023. The website stopped at the transaction and still shows the money not paid while it has been debited from my account.
