Delhi University — error in exam result

There is an error in my exam result. I'm marked absent in popular literature[protected], 3rd semester, eng (H). I appeared both theory as well as internal exams for this particular exams. As per the norms of the university, i called and even emailed the dean repeatedly. However, i haven't received ny response till now. Moreover, due to lockdown it's making me impossible to contact the examination branch. After all, the deadline is only 1 month as mentioned at the bottom of the marksheet. So, kindly fix this error at the earliest.
