Delhi University — Fee payment option is not their, they also not responding my email.

I Dr Harsh email id [protected]@gmail.com, pursuing my pg in forensic medicine from UCMS, Delhi university, . I am in 3rd year & want to pay my annual tuition fee by 14/5/21
For which i login my ID at fee.du.ac.in but their is no pay now option, also website SSL CERTIFICATE expired which make it potential for hacking.i also mailed regarding this at [protected]@gmail.com but they are not responding.
