Delhi University — mistake in b.com iii year marksheet

Hello,
My self vishwas daughtor of shri prem shankar das.
30.10.2017 my b.com iii year result out, when i check my result, it was a bullder mistake from your end.
Its show i was ab in english paper but it was wrong i was present in paper and their proof are attached and that document are submitted in 03.11.2017 sol department and sol executive says that your result was declared within 15 to 20 days but still it was not declared and i go 12.12.2017 sol examination center their executive told me that all place you are showing absent but i have only one proof and that are attached so, please tell me what i do for this
And reply me as soon as possible.
