Delhi University — spelling error in my name in my marksheet and degree

I completed my degree in ba (P) in 1999.

I am writing this letter to raise concern regarding an error in the spelling of my name on the degree and 3rd year marksheet granted by the delhi university. The degree mentions my name as “monica gulati” as against my official/real name i. E., “monika gulati”. However, my name's spelling is correct in my 1st and 2nd year marksheet.

I hereby request that a revised degree be granted to me with correct spelling of my name.
