Delhi University — spelling mistake in third year marksheet and graduation degree

I graduated in B.com (H) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University (South campus) in the year 2013.

I am writing this letter to raise concern regarding an error in the spelling of my name on the third year marksheet granted by the college and degree granted by the Delhi University. The degree mentions my name as “NAUITA GULATI” as against my official/real name “NAVITA GULATI”.
However, the first year and second year marksheets spell the name correctly.

I hereby request that either revised degree/marksheet be granted to me with correct spelling of my name, or a certificate be issued in my name stating that i am the legitimate holder of the degree and the spelling mistake was committed by University.
