Delivery — Never delivered the order and change the status by self, no contact information

Delhivery is not a good option to deliver items, they do not have any contact number there customer support team never respond your queries. They cheet with customers.
They will show you status is out for delivery but not deliver, this they will do for couple of days and finally change the steps to return by self without any update to customer

They are really frustrating
