Sir, back in march i have shifted from my previous location that was landor cantt mussoorie to just 2 kms away location, which is currently as sunrise resort balahissar mussoorie..
I had requested to the area den distributor personnel about six months back back to shift my connection and check my set top box as it had some problems they assured me they will get to me soon... But it has been six months i have been continuously askn them to give a connection but they have heard and ignored my request... Sir i'm govt employee in the local municipal corporation i can take action on such careless customer service but firslty i tought of reaching out to u... Plz do the required

    Mera dencable operator ne mujhse 1 month kaa galat bill mang raha hai jo ki sahi nahi hai aur usne mera tv recharge karne se mana kar diya hai jab ki jab tak humlog advance recharge nahi karate hamaare tv waise bhi nahi chalega june month me hum they nahi aur humne recharge nahi karaya par cable operator kehta hai ki june kaa payment kariye tub aapka tv chalega nahi to hum recharge nahi karenge

      I am complaining about den cable operators

      My cable operator came to our house and taken the money from me and said that cable will be activated in few hours but after calling them again that our dish is not coming then he said that it will be activated after 7-8 hrs then after that i again call to them he said now the dish will be activated tommorow morning 11am but i again call next day at 12 pm he then cut my call and then i again tried to call him but my number has been blocked...

      This is the third time i am doing complain again...I didn't receive any reply regarding to my last two complaints yet. try to resolve my problem as soon as possible

      I am hereby to put a complaint against Den Cable
      This Company is not giving us Authority to choose Channel Packs that we want to watch they have made their own packs and they are imposing them on their customers
      First I did complaint about this to our local cable operator and what he said "We have made our own Channel packs you have to choose from them. we don't follow government rules, you can go and do a complain about this...
      after this I did complaint about him to his superiors they replied me at once but when i told them about my this problem they stopped replying and it's been more than 2 weeks and still i didn't get any response from Den about this issue.

      Therefore the necessary actions should take place against then as soon as possible.

        I have made a payment to sachdeva cable on 30 april for 1 month but he closed my pack on 8 may, that was just 8 days and he said the money goes to company so ur money got expired. He said u can't get your money back and said that its digital now so u have to pay ₹375 again for cable. I said ok and paid him on 11 may and he said it will work from 19 to 19 of every month. On 19 june my pack expired as promised so i renewed it on 21 june and he shut down my pack on 9 july and said u have to pay again because now its from 19 to 9. He just ask money even if the plan is not over and shuts down the box. When I told him that i have renewed my plan on 21 june then how is it blocked on 9 july then he was making excuses and said it is on the system i can't do anything you have to pay again its ur problem and i don't know about it. If you'll pay then u'll get ur cable else lets it be off. Infact that guy use false language also and he was shouting like if he'll yell on the customers then customers will pay him money by getting scared. This is his work of every month that he shuts down the set top box of customers way before its expiration date and ask then to pay again.

        Mere cable operator ne naak mai dum kr rakha h 28 din mai 10 din he cable aata h office mai rhta nai h wo or apna mobile b switch off krke rakhta h..
        Den ke customer care mai b maine bhot baar call krke complaint ki but koi fayda nai hua ...
        Ab mai soch rha hu ki network he swap kr lu qki isse cheap service maine apni puri life mai nai dekhi
        Very bad service from den dth operator located at laxmi nagar delhi -92, centre, misbehaving employees are there, here very bad customer satisfaction, my reviews are -10 out of 5

          There is issue in relation to viewing of any channel since 27 june 2019

          Further many times i was call at costumer care but they not resolved the matter.

          Cable operator has already received advance payment for three months.

          Please arrange to provide minimum three times refunds for these 14 days of which i has paid the money to service provider but the service provider not provide the same.

          Since friday morning internet somehow is not working, we had a word with customer care but issue has not been resolved yet and till this time i am not able to use the internet .Please resolve this on urgent basis..

We have log the complaint with service provider since last six month. Still they are not able to resolve the issues permanently. Some they are not taking the phone call.             Local cable operator does not show all FTA channels despite charging amount of Rs. 130/ +gst. Even registering a complaint to den service on[protected] situation remain unchanged. Ultimately I decided to make alternative arrangement. Your service is very poor.
            We regret to inform you that in our area sector 10, Vashi, navi Mumbai cable is not working since 7.00pm (normally we come to home) Service provider (Raja Cable)not reachable on mobile. Then personally visited at 8.00pm they told it will start work within 30 minutes.now it’s 10.30pm still cable not working.

                Local operator didn't give me monthly rent recipt n do miss behave if i ask him for the receipt he refuse to give it... Please take some strict action against him i am also think that he is not give the proper incom report to goverment that's why he denay to give recipy to me... He didn't give a single recipt to me from last 3 years... So i request you to cancel his lisance and today he again doing miss behave when asking for monthly rent recipt...

                  Representative of den cable networks sold me the HD set up box but since the day TRAI issued pay per use for cable TV operators, den network stopped the service. After repeated follow ups, service started but with frequent disruptions for months together. For some reason or the other service was often disrupted. And now the representative is not responding to my call to restore the service and asking me to shift to TATA sky. I want my money...

                  My name is bhanu prakash dixit. I am using den broadband 10mbps connection for two years. I needed an other 50mbps broad connection and den broadband offered 50mbps-8months-rs.5240 plan. On 23-march-2019, sales executives gaurav bagwari and pankaj singh collected completed application form (Caf no.[protected], proof of identity and address and a cheque no 307824 dated[protected] for ₹ 5240 in favor of den broadband pvt ltd drawn at sbi pbb jyoti nagar delhi and promised installation on next day and two days testing of speed. If not satisfied i may cancel the connection and cheque will be returned. Connection was not installed till 28-march-2019 and existing 10mbps connection also failed many times and i had to shift my high speed data work to my other site at alakananda.
                  On 29-march-2019 my cheque amount rs 5240 was debited to my sbi account by clearing to icici bank den broadband account (Cas pres chq 04328 ccpc (Cts) new sb multicity cheque ici den broadband cheque no 307824). I received sms (Vm-dennet sat, mar 30, 1:00 pm
                  Dear customer, your account has been regd with den broadband id: ra12143308 password: ra12143308 regi. Dt: 30 mar 2019 plan:) and (Vm-dennet mar 30, 2019, 1:07 pm to me
                  Dear user, welcome to den broadband. Your otp is 93719503.), followed by visit of installation party. I refused installation and requested to cancel the application. I was told that rs. 5240 will be refunded by cheque in next 21 to 45 days. Customer care also confirmed the return policy.
                  After one month (1st week of may) i enquired with local sales office at hardevpuri delhi. They noted application details and asked me to wait for two weeks. On 20-may-2019 i was asked to talk to sales manager raghava sharma (Mobile: [protected]) and send email to [protected]@denonline.in. I details of application form, cheque details with photocopy of application form on email and requested for early refund.
                  On 18-june-2019 i personally visited shri raghava sharma he asked me to contact his senior shri manish shriwastav (Mobile:[protected]). I contacted him and gave application details with cheque details and clearance details.
                  On 19-june-2019 shri manish shriwastav when reminded told that no amount has been received against this application. I told him the details of clearing and sent him copy of bank statement and asked him to personally look into the matter. He asked me to contact bobby pd (Mobile:[protected])
                  Details were passed on to shri bobby pd. He assured payment in few days.
                  On 25-june-2019 bobby pd asked me to contact sales executive pankaj singh (Mobile:[protected]) who is processing for refund cheque.
                  Pankaj singh when contacted told that he has left den broadband one month back. The cheque given by me has been deposited against some other application and refund cheque has been issued to that applicant. He is trying to get the things sorted at den broadband pvt ltd., it may take long time.
                  Sr. Sales manager manish shriwastava and bobby pd are not answering my phone calls.
                  DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  The operator of den network, sector -10 has not giving smooth service and disconnected any time. No response of telephonic complaints.
                  Since morning 23 rd June cable is not coming.
                  I m very disappointed from my cable operators.
                  Can I switch to other Den operator.

                    मेरा केबल ऑपरेटर मासिक शुल्क जो कि तय एक्टिवेट package से पिछले कई महीनों से अधिक वसूल कर रहा है। जब मैंने इसके बारे में castumer care center से मालूम किया तब मुझे इसकी जानकारी प्राप्त हुई। मेरा मासिक शुल्क ₹ 275/- with gst है।मेरा केबल ऑपरेटर इससे अधिक ₹ 330/- मासिक वसूल कर रहा है और इस संदर्भ में मैंने मेरे केबल ऑपरेटर को बोला तो उसने मेरा केबल कनेक्शन कल दिनाक 30 जून, 2019 को बंद कर दिया जबकि मेरे केबल का एक्टिवेशन 8 जुलाई, 2019 तारीख को पूरा होता है। केबल ऑपरेटर ने बड़ी ही बदतमीजी पूर्वक व्यवहार किया और कहा कि मेरी केबल से tv देखना है तो यही शुल्क लगेगा।

                    श्री मान जी यह मुझसे ही नहीं अपितु अपने क्षेत्र से सभी ग्राहकों से यह इसी तरह अपनी मनमानी से शुल्क वसूल कर रहा है।

                    अतः महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि इस पर उचित कार्यवाही करें।

                      My star and zee tv packages closed by cable operator without my knowledge from yesterday morning. We calling him lots of time but no proper response received from him. Also still packages not start by local cable operator. I am paying for both packages and both packages updated in my kyc form. Pls do the needful on urgent basis and restart my packages immediately.

                        I bought den network cable tv stb box vc no. - *
                        I have faced lot of trouble with the connection and have raised the concerns earlier also.
                        And because of lot of issues faced, finally i decided to not continue with den network cable connection.
                        I have already given the request in written and also told the nodal officer of the den networks to refund the amount and give the receipt while
                        Taking up the setup box back.
                        But i am not getting any response now from den networks and they are violating trai regulations.

                        Please help me getting the refund money on return of the setup box.

                          I am cable subscriber from den cable and lives in tagore park (Delhi -110009) i have asked my cable operator to provide a certain list of channels based on the recent order from trai. However, my operator has denied to provide the subscription to the list of channels as he mentioned he can only provide the package (Pre-defined list of channel in package) given by den cable only. This is totally against the rules of trai and breaking the rules. I request you to take action against the den cable. My details are as follows

                            I mohamed shaji, a den network cable subscriber at kakkand, kochi, kerala. I submit a channel request of 100 free channels including dd network as per the trai rule and some pay channels on january 2019. But they are compelled me to use their packages and collected unjustified amount as subscription charge. I sent several email request to den cables but they are neglected my all requests.
                            I request you to please give order to den for provide me to the channels as per the trai rules.

                              I am a user of den Cable network in moradabad Uttar Pradesh 244001 . I am very frustrated by the local operator from 2 to 3 months when the TRAI program was announced. He regularly interrupts the service by giving unnecessary reasons. He is not giving the channels by ala-carte.
                              It is my earnest plea to look after my problem.

                                  DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Please remove or change the position of the word 'DEN' displaying on TV screen (Right below of screen). Because we are unable to read some text from Tv program.
                                  Local cable operator does not show all FTA channels despite charging amount of Rs. 130/ +gst. Even registering a complaint to den service on[protected] situation remain unchanged. Ultimately I decided to make alternative arrangement. Your service is very poor.

                                    I'm having DEN cable for more than 2 years and more overly it's not been viewing any signal for many times in a day . And for any help required for it the people of DEN says that it's not are fault it is from higher stations only and says we can't do anything . And for any customer service they are also too lazy to come and check at our home as also we are paying to it.
                                    So, please take to it and resolve it .
