I am a consumer of den cables since a very long time.After new changes in tariffs and selection of channels they are giving only 20 kannada channels apart from news channels and not attending our telephone calls/complaints in spite of charging Rs.250/- per month and are blaming their central providers.

    I asked for the gst bill from the local cable operator. He is telling that den is not providing gst bill. What is the solution for this. As per the trai new rules the cable operator is collecting the ncf amount with tax. He is not giving the bill which as gst no. Or the gst amount for the ncf. Should we pay the amount without gst bill. As per the govt rules all the bills should have gst no. And the gst amount seperately.

      My service provider is empire cable network (Lcons050). My payment due date is 3rd of the month. Is had hone my home town and come back on 10 may. My connection was stores as told me that now cable is pre paid and payment is not done. Then on 10 may i paid and my connection is activated on 12 may at 8.00 pm. Now on 2nd jun my service is stores as starting that payment is due. If my service is activated on 12 th may then how it is due on 2nd jun. Provider is not listening any thing. He is feeling u can complain any where. The person who has made my bill of the last month. He also told that the service is hoti 11 jun. But the owner is not listening him also. Please take the action. This is not the matter of money. His behaviour is very rude. Due to him i have make my mind to switch over to tatasky. If strict action taken against owner, it will be benifit for others

        I am using den cable from 2 years. One day my setup box signal was gone then i called my service provider who (Arun tiwari) abused me said that “mai kuch ni kr skta tu jhutha bol raha hai bla bla “then i filled complaint against him in den cable. There is no response from the company now my recharge date is over he didn’t even collect my monthly recharge fees i think he will cut my cable connection tomorrow. Service provider name is arun tiwari, his mobile number [protected], address-bargaon colony, gonda, uttarpradesh. He did not even give any receipt of monthly recharge, i checked my payable amount on den site it shows 250 rupees but he took 300 rupees from my father do something sir i believe in justice. I think u will resolve this problem as soon as possible

          Hello sir, i am hemant from ghansoli, navi mumbai. I am using den cable, service provided by "digital vision" cable network, sector 3, ghansoli, navi mumbai 400701.
          I am facing one problem since last one month. Most of time, every two days, cable not working and message displayed on tv screen is"[4] you have not subscribed this channel..." then i used to in office, i used to provide box number and they start it immediately.
          I just want to know what is problem going on, because of this every two days cable not working. Also, service provider has given contact number which is not working. They are not providing working contact number. Office also far away from my address.in addition to this, i always pay my monthly payment before date 5 of every month.

            The service they provide is very bad. The staff of the cable never responds to calls and if he does talks in a ride manner. We have got problems which he sometimes resolves but for a short period. He is never on time to collect the payment but the network always stops on time. I have asked to refund my money and he denied and promised to give better service but still it's the worst. I want my money to be refunded which was promised at the time of connection. They took 1800 rupees and promised to return 1400 rupees.

              Vc no[protected] pack has been expired.. Since repeatedly we are calling the local operator to renew and collect charges, he is not at all responding properly. Every month this is repeated issue of bad response. Really pathetic service.

              Request you to kindly look into, if not would like to discontinue the den subscription and kindly refund the deposit.

                I wish i could have given them a negative rating! Pathetic service i have ever had from any company is den! It's just a fraud company & will close down very soon because of their service they give to their customers! Local cable operator who's under den contract, all of sudden changed my package plan without any intimation! I mean this is insane though i have paid for all the channels i have subscribed! Then i made a call to that cable operator but he never answer's the call. Then i tried calling den support but den support team is useless! They sound so confused when we ask them a query! Anyways bottomline is
                Guys, pls go for branded dth like tata, dish, airtel etc, i'm going to switch soon as well..
                Please take some serious action against this fraud company!

                  This is to bring to ur kind notice that our den cable service provider collected dis month advance last week but till now my set top box is not recharged. I called dem in morning but now my service provider Pradeep ([protected]), his supervisor and d person sitting in our society to serve us r not attending my calls.
                  This happened last month also. Plz take action against dem. Why r we suffering because of them.

                  My den cable is not working from 2 days. As i complaint the distributor said it is problem from the head office. If this type of service den cable is provide to me then i dis connecting ur cable. The service of den cable is so poor.

                    I m noticed that to 2-3 months every morning 3-10 a:m my den network always shown signal not found. I do complaint many time to local operator, sometime he say that the petrol problem in generator, sometime he says some problem coming from back side... I dont know what is the back side problem... Then a idea coming in my mind this is i do calling him again nd again for give him feel of irritation... Sometime i call him the network problem is gone in 5 to 10mints...                     I have selected channels bouquet as per TRAI regulatory but cable operator is unable to provide these channels saying that Den company has not provided these channels bouquet. When asked Den Manager Shri Satish Rao about this issue, he also cannot clarify on this issue.

                      I have made my subscription pack which doesn't include ndtv on my list. But, still it is being telecast over my network. I reminded this to my cable operator but he didn't do anything. It is being telecasted form last 2 months.

                      May i know if this is done by anyone to spread some propaganda during the elections. This is not completely unacceptable.

                      Please do take appropriate action or i will have to look for some legal proceedings.

                        I had visited your franchise office (Shivam digital cable (Lcopn384), dapodi-12, mh) twice, with filled channel selection from but the shop was closed, eve though i suggest my pack through your site. Your franchise give the form, but didn't collect it from my residence. He is also not collect the subscription for last three months as i insist for a gst bill.. So i humbly request you to instruct him to give a gst enabled invoice for basic value package for three month, as your are not consider my suggestive pack till on date and give the relay as per my suggestive pack.

                          My cabel is not working from last 4 days. As i already recharged for the package. But after completing a lot of times no response from them.

                          Local cable operator of den is very slow in providing service. They don't listen to customer complain. They not picking the call. I try approx 50 + times to connect but they not picking the call.

                          I'm also trying to connect with den network support number and each time they said its on process we will get back to you soon.. They dont know how much time it will take to resolve

Its been hours and we are just left with fruitless requests! They are just neglecting our frequent calls.                               I am a subscriber for den network at faridabad. I have two connections in my house. The s no. Are: mac24767d77ba54 (White coloured box) & smart card no.[protected]Boloured box)
                              Though i have fully paid for the two connections on 9th may, i am not getting any services.
                              I have given complaints through my mobile numbers to your helplines ([protected] (M): complaint no.5380550 done on 10.5.19, 5396777 on 17.05.19) & through [protected] (M): 5399292 on 19.05.2019, my complaints remains unresolved.
                              Hence i request den to take prompt action in this regards and restore the services at the earliest.

                                Hi team,

                                Its been really pathetic to deal with den broadband services or support staff. My calls are being disconnected because i am asking to resolve my issue for which i have paid for. I am escalating my case since jan month and complaining about bandwidth issue with me.
                                I am paying for 20mbps plan but since the day i have installed the setup. I did not even used even10 mbps of my paid plan. Even when i escalate or ask for solution i am promised to send engineer to resolve my issue within 24 hours. Yes they come and try to resolve the issue by reset router only and just say its not wotking fine we will comeback with solution but never comeback and strange part is to close my complaint without my confirmation.
                                I have ecalated on mail and calls many times but never get proper solution ever.
                                I asked to discontinue my service but supervisor convinced me to ensure the proper solution of my query but still the same service and attitude i am facing by your employees so far..
                                And fyi.. Your engineers are not even able to rectify the issue of customers as they work. They dont even understand what is the bandwidth. So suggest you to do something for this as well.
                                As i have already escalated my issue again n again.. But did not find any solution against it. I have humble request to please refund my full amout i have paid else i have to go further with this case as scam.
                                Even its 3red day that my network is down and have escalated but no solution so far.

                                  The cable operator executive of den network in my area (Shuklaganj, unnao, uttar pradesh, pin - 209861) is taking extra charges if i am choosing a plan built on my own.
                                  The executive is saying that i have to pay extra rs.20 for every slab of 25 channels.

                                  Though on trai channel selector i built that pack including ftas and 5 broadcaster bouquets namely-

                                  1. Star hindi value pack - rs.49
                                  2. Zee family hindi pack sd - rs. 39
                                  3. Tv 18 budget pack - rs.22
                                  4. Sony happy india 31- rs.31
                                  5. Disney universal bouquet - rs. 10

                                  And by including nfc charges + gst @ 18%, total monthly cost at trai website was calculated to be rs.331.58.

                                  But the cable operator was arguing that there is additional charge of rs. 20 for every slab of 25 channels and according to him my pack would cost me rs.403. But, trai website showed rs. 331.58 inclusive of all charges and taxes.

                                  Kindly register my complain and provide me with the information if there is actually a charge of rs.20 for a slab of 25 channels according to the plan i have chosen.
                                  And, why den operator is asking for more amount.

                                    The operator in my area said there is no citi cable covered in the area so he exchnged my citi box with his den box.

                                    I was not happy with the service so paid him his month end fee and returned the den box respectfully and sincerely but on asking back my citi box he said he will give and now disrespectful when asking back the box and asking me again to pay 300 for the box.

                                    Why should i pay 300 for my own box which i paid and brought.

                                    Have told politely many times to operator but says the box did not get box, I have transferred the NOC shared to me on whatsapp by the previous operator but it seems to be not clear henced I asked him to connect directly with previous operator.

                                      In our area of Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-110015, the Den Cable Operator M/S Vijay Cables, is not working properly. When any customer go there for any problem or recharge, they misbehave with them. They threatens the customers.
                                      You are requested to kindly take strict action.
                                      Unable to watch some channel from 15 days for which I paid full money ...it seems like worst network ...even cable operators are not responding
