I am having den connection signal box. The audio and vedio signals are very bad and i have complained this to the local cable service centre. Today he has barred all the incoming calls. I am very much frustrated by his attitude. Please attend this complaint immediately. Otherwise i may be forced to move to the consumer forum seeking relief. My set box no is [protected]. Parkala.     Three star cable providing den networks service is not implementing trai rule of selected channels/packages by consumer even after submission of form with selected channels. It is overcharging now rs 400 instead of rs 350 previous monthly payment. Also, not showing channels as per selection. Contacted den customer care but they are saying your smart card is not active in system. Please ask operator to submit caf/paf form. How come we are viewing channels if smart card is not active.

    This issue is still not solved.

    Below are details of selected channels and rates including GST.

    Three star cable providing den networks service is not implementing trai rule of selected channels/packages by consumer even after submission of form with selected channels. It is overcharging now rs 400 instead of rs 350 previous monthly payment. Also, not showing channels as per selection. Contacted den customer care but they are saying your smart card is not active in system. Please ask operator to submit caf/paf form. How come we are viewing channels if smart card is not active.
    I have submitted the packages of channels i want to see and the DEN service provider refuses to give me those channels in the rates as per TRAI regulations. He is asking for much higher money than those calculated as per TRAI.

    I have submitted the packages of channels i want to see and the DEN service provider refuses to give me those channels in the rates as per TRAI regulations. He is asking for much higher money than those calculated as per TRAI calculator

      Cable operator not approving the request to change package of channel saying the procedures are too complex. As per their procedure a customer has to type down all the channels (Including 100 fta) in micorsoft excel in a specific format without spelling mistake to their mail id and has to wait for approval. How ridiculous!!!
      Already in january they have asked us to write down all the channels needed and submit to them and we followed. Then without our consent cable operator chose a package. Now cable operator is stating many procedures to shift from their package to a package of my choice.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I anjanivir solanki chiranjeev vihar ghaziabad.

        I have selected packages online two three time through https://www.mydenonline.in/MyPlan/AddmoreServices.
        But my selection not activated. As per the new rule of trai, consumer have right to select which channel we can view.
        But cable operator is forcing us to select at least one of the pack which contains 100 free channels by default. They are not allowing us to select individual free to air channels, which leads to increase in total cost. Please clear why this happen.
        And secondly my current bill on https://www.mydenonline.in reflecting rs 265/- but cable demanding rs. 300/-.
        Even not providing bill.

        My cable operator Syscab Network Pvt. Ltd., a DEN Network provider unsubscribed Both NDTV news channels without our consent. Although, We have selected NDTV Channels in our selected channel list. They did this many times before also.

          The chaudhary cable network services, who is based its office at pratap nagar, delhi-110007, do not give proper service of cable broadcasting for den cables. Today, on 24th march, 2019 the service got interrupted consecutively for more than 6 hours. During interruption i called many times for asking about rectification and they did not gave satisfactory reply. Again picture/signal got interrupted at 9.30 pm and nobody is picking call at their office.

          This type of bad service create so much aggression among my family and might be among other customers too.

          It is, therefore, requested to kindly take strict step/action against chaudhary cable network who are broadcasting for den cables. The name of den cables also getting defaming by this type of act of your franchise..

          Our DEN cable provider is asking us to subscribe to rs 400 plan, without giving us any choice of the Channels to pick from as per TRAI order. When we asked for any explanation for the same, they gave some lame excuses.             My cable network recharge rs 260 and one day show the selected channel and 2nd day no one channel view. This complaint to register my operator he told he solve this problem one day but still not solve this problem and his mobile switched off 2 days.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I am subscriber of den cable tv for last 5 years. My smart card no :[protected].
              As our cable operator discontinue to collect money from us and shifted his office far away from our home and not picking our phone, it is not possible to visit his office. I decided to register me on den network website for online recharge.

              After entering all details correctly it gives error that card doesn't exist, though i am subscriber for last 5 years. Screen shot attached for your reference.

              I contact your customer care on :[protected] which is always busy.
              Then i contact customer care :[protected] after waiting long time they told me that they does't have any information with them. They gave me telephone no :[protected].

              When we contacted on[protected] it says to sms on [protected].

              When we try to complaint on website of dennetwork.com it doesn't populate city and when we submit complaint it gives please enter city.

              Tel no :[protected] /52 doen't work

              With reference to above mentioned subject i would like to draw your attention that even after subscription of the channel (&tv and zee news) they are not being provided by LCO i.e (simsej networking LCODL1767, shahdara)

                  I have Den Cable for TV inGHANSOLI - 400701. As per the new rule of TRAI, consumer have right to select which channel we can view.
                  But Cable operator is forcing us to select at least one of the pack which contains 100 free channels by default. They are not allowing us to select individual free to air channels, which leads to increase in total cost.

                  I have selected channels Free/Paid on DEN site it is showing total cost 240 Rs, But at my cable operator office they are asking around 450 Rs for the same channel list as they have added default DSN BST PACK (153 Rs + 50 Service Charge) forcefully.

                  Also trying to contact DEN support but Calls getting disconnected & Website is crashing while submitting the complaint.

                  Need Help. We are ready to pay for channels which we select but not for the one forced by cable operators to us.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that my client smt. Prabha devi reported me that your field staff visited at our residence rzh-195, gali no.7, raj nagar part ii, palam colony on 19.09.2018 for providing plastic covers over the meters.in spite of doing of this limited job, may be alloted by your department, they shifted the meters at the place which is easily approachable to the childs and hazardous to all family members also though sufficient space is there. My client have also complained to customer care in this regard and your field supervisor also visited at their residence on 21.09.2018. He instructed to the staff to shift them at appropriate place as suggested by house owner but afterwards they did not turn-up to do the needful work in the public interest.
                      Hoping an early and immediate action in this regard and you will also understand the urgency of work, therefore you are requested to depute some suitable staff to put the meters at suitable place and rectify the problem to avoid any unwanted incident on time, failing which your department will be sole responsible for such lapses. I have intimated to head of customer service on 27.09.2018 but nothing has been don so far, kindly avoid unnecessary litigation in this matter.

                        I am old customer of den cable network. My vc number is[protected]. However the network is not giving freedom to choose channels of my choice. The network has made mandatory north silver 233 del (55) costing rs. 75+gst. If i choose ala carte or broadcasters pack without north silver pack, the system does not accept it. I contacted den headquarters through email with a copy to trai requesting the to let me choose channels as per trai orders but to no avail. I also contacted local distributor of den, uttam shakti cable, however they flatly told me in a rude language that i had to choose one of the packages prepared by them. They also challenged me to complain anywhere i would like to. They have also stopped service to my connection. It is very sad that despite supreme court clear cut decision and trai order empowering the customers to choose channels of their choice, the service providers are not complying which is blatant disregard to supreme court as well as tria orders and amounts to contempt of the apex court. It is therefore requested that strictest action may taken against defaulting service providers nudging them to toe the lines set by the apex court.

                          I am a consumer of den cable, my mac id-18550f39a343, serial no-fcbddjfhz. I paid rs.370, date of -21/02/19, now the calamity is that cable connection disconnected date of - 9/03/19. Before month completed. Cable operator have disconnected cable connection recur, multiple time informed cable operator, neither start nor reconcile. Cable operator is swindle and mentally harassment as well. Forward the complaint [protected]@denonline.in, [protected]@denlonline.in, date of - 10/03/19. Nodal officer didn't reconcile and nor will? Than i forward the complaint-[protected], pgms date of -13/03/19, how queer nobody proceeding on complaint. I hope, this complaint is't futile. I will get salvation mentally harassment. Kindly further resolve the problem asap.

                              Sir mera vc no[protected] hai, maine jo channel selected kiye the, unki pement bhi ki, lekin in logo ne 2 channel apni marji ke feed kiye, maine jab complain ki to bol rahe hai ye hi channel chalege, in logo ne apni marji ke hisab see package bana rakha hai, aur un package ko hi lene ka presser dalte, hai. Aur na lene pe sare channel band kar dete hai, ye kon see bat hui, mera bhi band kar diya gya hai.

                                    My name is deepak, i am staying in dombivali west, ashtavinayak cable operator umeshnagar is our cable operator providing as den cable service, but the problem is they are not giving channels by our choice, they providing some channels pack which is not suitable for us. I told them please give me channels which i selected but they refused. I don't want there pack because in this pack most of the channels are those which i am not watching, i want only thos channels which i select but they are forcing me to take there channel pack which weaste of money for me. Please take some action against them.
