Three star cable providing den networks service is not implementing trai rule of selected channels/packages by consumer even after submission of form with selected channels. It is overcharging now rs 400 instead of rs 350 previous monthly payment. Also, not showing channels as per selection. Cable operator not approving the request to change package of channel saying the procedures are too complex. As per their procedure a customer has to type down all the channels (Including 100 fta) in micorsoft excel in a specific format without spelling mistake to their mail id and has to wait for approval. How ridiculous!!!
Already in january they have asked us to write down all the channels needed and submit to them and we followed....

The chaudhary cable network services, who is based its office at pratap nagar, delhi-110007, do not give proper service of cable broadcasting for den cables. Today, on 24th march, 2019 the service got interrupted consecutively for more than 6 hours. During interruption i called many times for asking about rectification and they did not gave satisfactory reply. I am subscriber of den cable tv for last 5 years. My smart card no :[protected].
As our cable operator discontinue to collect money from us and shifted his office far away from our home and not picking our phone, it is not possible to visit his office. I decided to register me on den network website for online recharge.

After entering all details correctly it gives error that card doesn't...

I am consecutively making payment of my den cable package to LCO till date my request channels are not updated, already made no of calls, lots of mental harassment.
Plz guide where I should go and what to do.
I am making complaints from almost 2 months and visited no of times to get it resolved.

I have Den Cable for TV inGHANSOLI - 400701. As per the new rule of TRAI, consumer have right to select which channel we can view.
But Cable operator is forcing us to select at least one of the pack which contains 100 free channels by default. They are not allowing us to select individual free to air channels, which leads to increase in total cost.

I am old customer of den cable network. My vc number is[protected]. However the network is not giving freedom to choose channels of my choice. The network has made mandatory north silver 233 del (55) costing rs. 75+gst. If i choose ala carte or broadcasters pack without north silver pack, the system does not accept it. No proper reply why channels have been blocked& when they will be restored, money already paid in advance. Not following any rules & regulations as per trai.....

Sir mera vc no[protected] hai, maine jo channel selected kiye the, unki pement bhi ki, lekin in logo ne 2 channel apni marji ke feed kiye, maine jab complain ki to bol rahe hai ye hi channel chalege, in logo ne apni marji ke hisab see package bana rakha hai, aur un package ko hi lene ka presser dalte, hai. My understanding - for 100 channels i need to pay rs 130+tax. 25 channels are mandatory and i can choose 75 channels (Fta or pay channels of my choice). For every 25 additional channels i have to pay rs 20 + tax.
Even if i choose 1 pay channel (Any one sony, colour etc) - they are making that on top of 100 channels. They are not counting any pay channel in initial 100 channel list.

From shiv ratan, kanpur near rave 3. Our den service provider is insisting to select the package designed by him only and not providing the channels of my choice and he disconnected the cable connection for not opting the channels of his choice. Please look into this and arrange to do the needful. At least he should have informed us,.
