The cable operator in my area is not allowing me to select channels as per my choice.
Instead he is forcing me to buy the pre designed packages which are costlier. He is also threatening to disconnect the cable if we don't take plans as per his choice.
He has also charged us more money in the past.

As per Govt. guidelines I have the right to select channels as per my wish to suit my budget.

For example -

ZEE family pack Hindi SD, which contains around 22 channels, is of 39 rupees +18 % GST. But i only want 9 channels of that pack on their original price(price of every channel), which will cost me around 10 rupees + 18 % GST. But the cable operator is not giving me channels as per my requirements, instead he is forcing me to take the whole package which is worthless.
This happens with other packs as well.
Many customers are facing the same problem but don't know how to resolve it.

        Dear Team,

        I disconnected my BSNL connection and took Den broadband connection for internet stability and high speed net before starting my new job, my plan is for next 6 month.

        My internet is not working on Den VPN which is useless for me now if i can not do my office work on net ..

        I have reach to Gorakhpur den head -

        I am trying to reach to my service provider about my refund if they could not fix my internet issue but they are not picking my call, i don't know how irresponsible people is working with Den team, neither they are able to resolve my internet neither they are giving my refund.
        It been 20 days today since i got my connect, now i have to switch to any other broadband connection if they are not able to fix this issue .

        My VPN is working on other connection except Den internet and now if team is not able to fix i wanted to disconnect my connect and i want my refund.

        Please do needful and hire some profession workers .

          Cable operator near me has refused to provide any service on monthly local cable network issues.

          Denied recharging my cable channels on la carte basis.

          Asking me to pay for Package system which he has created on his own.

          Can i change the cable operator of DEN?

            Den Cable not implementing TRAI Rule

            Three star cable in Mumbra providing den networks service is not implementing TRAI rule of selected channels/packages by consumer even after submission of form with selected channels and even after many visits to its office to activate the packs as per selection. It is not actioning on channels list provided. Also, not showing channels as per selection. Contacted den customer care but they are saying your smart card is not active in system.br...

            Dear sir/ madam,

            please close this open case i had recharge my den tv cable by amazon on 26 july. And after successful recharge of my den setup box my cable was working properly.

            But today my cable is gone and today I have contact on Den customer care and I have discussed my issue then executive said "contact local cable operator".
            And executive has provided case id for my complaint(2807221w044617). But let me tell you today that my cable operator has said that "he will not be responsible" when I recharge my setup box online.

            My cable is not working since last 24 hours. So please take action on priority basis. And I have also updated my complaint in National Consumer Helpline. Whose complaint number is 2869189.

                The frequency of internet getting down is more than the number of hours I'm studying as a medical student.
                The internet is so friggin' bad dude.
                These days I'm talking to the Den customer care people more than with my girlfriend.

                  Very bad services, everybody is good untill you buying and once it is bought nobody will even listen to your query

                  Works hardly half of the time

                    I am really fed up with your services. First they took ages to change ownership of this connection then once ownership was changes after n numbers of follow ups. Now i did not have the working connection. I complaint about it on 15th july 2021 they closed that complaint without resolving that and funny thing was you customer care was not aware who closed it. Again i complaint on 16th July and as well as 17th July. No one visited my place yet to resolve the issue. If i call again i will get another fake commitment that your issue will be resolve in 24hr. This behavior shows what is the position of your customer support. Den broadband management does know what customer delight means. Its like you bought our services you commit a mistake and now deal with it.
                    I am waiting if i got any response on this and if my issue is getting resolve or not. If not i will change the provider. I will never ever recommend your services to anyone.

                          Nobody picks call whenever we call to complain
                          the cable gets disconnected most of the time
                          and when we call to complain they give us attitude
                          I do not recommend this cable operator at all
                          nobody comes to repair it

                            I'am from kerala. i have the following 3 complaints regarding cable subscription:

                            1). Our LCO not ready to provide bill receipt of payment.
                            2). My LCO changed my subscription package without my permission.
                            3). How to know my subscription package details, there is no option found in your web site https://www.dennetworks.com/
                            to view my current package.

                            This is the violation off Trai rule. Please do needful.

                                I have faced the connection fail issue, I have never skipped any payment till date and they have collected the amount by door step every morning month. I called the cable operator, I know it late still my work is more important to me and this is not the first time . I will be discontinuing den cable soon, will express my bad experience to others too if I get wrong misbehavior once more ...

                                      Hi, I am using 100 MB plan from last so many years and from now few months i am facing a lot of Low Speed issue. I have called on customer care also but they resolve this issue for only 1 or 2 days. Please provide solution or I'll change my network than. This is too much now.
