Den Broadband

Den Broadband is highly unreliable and useless services provider. Their staff is highly incompetent and services desk is always ready with excuse.
Their downtime is more than 50 %, considering this their license for broadband services should be withdrawn....

My name is Nishant Sethi, existing user of DEN Broadband with Username 'NISHANT5430'
I was facing internet connectivity issues with DEN on daily basis which was impacting my official work. I have now purchased a new Airtel Broadband Connection and requested DEN for disconnection of services and refund of money. They have denied to refund the money.
When I am not interested to use the services, why would my money not be refunded?

Please help in refunding amount of Rs 1000/-

        This is very inefficient I complained in the morning regarding the broken cable in my area and requested to repair as soon as possible because I am having online classes.
        I called the area engineer also regarding the same but despite all the requests/complaints there is no work done on ground.
        Please get it repaired as soon as possible,
        The kind of service I am getting these days are worst ever from your end

            Worst network among all service provider and the field executives at Kalamboli Navi Mumbai are even more worst than their network.Not even able to run 1mobile despite having connection for 15mbps. Den is looting the clients in the name of higher speed.

                Ojhar Nasik, AF camp Block 292/2, cable network is not coming from 03 Nov 20. Connectivity is also poor. Informed to local cable operator. Still trying. But it is to inform that soon the payment days is over you people disconnect the connection within no time. But when cable is down for so many days then no grace or extension period is given after informing the cable operator. The validity period may be extended till the cable is down.

                  Internet drops(RTO) from last 4-5 days, since 1st Nov 2020. Due to which our VPN server could not establish the connection with remote server. Other applications are also not able to connect to their servers. Please check as we are having issue about whole day working hours. Our Public IP Address is 112.196.166.219.

                    I have den broadband connection and i am very disappointed because the connection speed is very slow.
                    Most of the time it shows that wifi is not connected to internet and when it does the speed is very slow.
                    I paid for 3 months for Rs2000 for 50mb/sec, but instead i am getting less than 5mb/sec.
                    I have also complained in den broadband customer care but i got mail from them stating my issue hhas been solved but it didn't.
                    Copy of the mail is attached with this.

                    I hope concerned authorities will look into this matter and try to solve it.

                      I am from Delhi. I have Den cable services having sony and star package with total amount of Rs 295. But last month when I pay Rs 295 for our our den service they only provide 100 FtA channels no any pay channels or package which I have chosen from last two years. From Den website I got to know that total NCF plus Gst charge is Rs 154 for 100 FTA channel. So when I go to den cable operator they told my mother that charge have been rise and you have to pay Rs 350 for paid channels package. I just want to complain about their autocracy. This is not only don with me they also received extra money from many other people in locality.

                        This is in regards with a concern related to my DEN DTH connection which got suspended through my cable operator and the reason was 'He was asking for 320 INR for a 299 INR package.

                        I raised a complaint on 11th/12th October through[protected] but no resolution till 14th October. After that i raised a complaint on[protected] and it's almost 10 days and No resolution yet, only comments i am getting from Shivpal and others is 'Sir mai jaldi se jaldi karwata hu'.

                        In total now it's 15 days my account has been suspended and that also because of an unethical thing from the Cable operator asking for more money. And you guys are treating customers like I have made such a big mistake of denying to give that extra money. Please do the needful.

                          From last 2 days cable network is not working

                            Please see my below complain, this is a pure case of customer Harrasment !! not giving services what they are charging at all. I have been facing this issue ever since i moved to Den cable. Not sure if issue is at DEN's side or conspiracy of Local CAble operator as he keeps suggesting us to switch to different cable services.

                            Also, please please note he charging us extra for sometime now.

                            Hi Den,

                            There have been numerous complaint that I have made to DEN Cable about the horrible services your cable operator is providing here ever since den cable is introduced, however no action is taken against it. We as a consumer have continued to pay you with poor services and your cable operator has been doing HARASSMENT . I have made thousands of calls to local operator "Yuvraj" +[protected] with no resolution what so ever. He has suggested us to disconnect Den cable for a long time, not only this, but he is also charging us extra for the package.

                            Recently, this month Oct he asked us to move us to "HATHWAY" saying DEN CABLE is decommissioned in indrapuram. I called Den cable to ask, representative said there is no such info and hence raised complaint. After 2 days, I.E on 5th or 6th October he came collected 500rs and Activated package of 375rs(confirmed by Den rep when I called and he has been doing this for sometime now) same evening the cable got disrupted within 2-3hrs after activating so again could not watch TV. Since then it's 9th of October but the issue remains. Have called him 100times each time he is saying it will b fixed in sometime but nothing happens. I called DEN cable to complaint again nd I m waiting asusual .

                            This is a reparative issue, I have complained about local cable operator several times, however no strict action taken and now. I believe he is purposely messing with our services to HARRASS us, so that we disconnect DEN services and I am so HARRASED now!! I am paying 500rs monthly and not been able to use services and no COMPENSATION is there from your side, please tell me is this the way DEN cable is supposed to become a BRAND ?? by HARASSING your loyal customer !! Please tell.me.what actions are u r taking to stop these activities ?? How are going to compensate for what u are putting us through !!

                              I am den tv cable subscriber in sec-9, ghansoli, navi mumbai, maharashtra.4 days out of 7 days in a week cable don't work. The vendor providing service in the area is named digital vision and they also don't respond to the calls. Even we are paying for the month, we hardly gets 15 days of working cable.

                                I am customer of den network from past 4 years. Our local service provider charges us extra for the service, when we raise our voice against him he disconnect our cable service.I had complaint about this to den customer care service but its almost 2 days past, no solution provided by them also. I have the recording of customer service person and I have the bill also which was provided by den local service provider.

                                  I would like to tell you about the den network cable operator in ashiana chauraha, lucknow. With regard to the telephonic conversation (Complaint no. 4001906 and 4001904), his company is named as agrawal cable company. He never gives a receipt for the recharge and literally stolen my rs 600 for the monthly recharge. He doesn't let customers to select their packages and charges customers according to his will. For some people he charges rs 200 per month for an hd connection and for others he does it for rs 350 for sd connection.
