My name is nishant sethi, existing customer of den broadband with registered mobile number [protected]. The customer care team disconnects the internet everyday for a fixed interval of 10 hours (9pm to 7am) everyday.
I am facing the problem for the 4th day now. They are charging the full amount as per the internet plan, but not providing the satisfactory services. I have raised the issue to customer care team and nodal officer, but not received any reply from them.
Kindly take satisfactory action.

DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And this operator deparment is uneducated and they have no any knowledge about setup box and they can t give resolution and not giving any assurity ...
It is very very poor service which u providing to customer and fired all this disgusting guys from their jobs
The branch is vashi navi mumbai and near by gaon devi mandir
And plz provide me resolution as soon as possible
