Hi Dena team,

I have saving bank account is in Dena bank and I feel regret for that cause of poor service of Bank for customers.
My account no is 007*****02****19 with the name of ****** Mistry, I applied for RITES ipo through this bank account and I didn't get any allotment for this ipo but the respective amount is still in lien balance in My account after almost a week of allotment date.

I have complain regarding wrongly debit charge of rs 177 on yesterday at 30/05/2018 for cancellation check. So it is no fulfill and amount is very high and check sender is sign etc is completely so for what is the reason for return the check so please check again my instrument and firstly should be done refund the wrongly debit charges in my account....

This is to inform you that around 1 month before that is 27th april 2018, i debited cash from my atm but the transaction was cancelled and i haven't received any cash but inspite of that the balance has been deducted from my account.
So i want you to please get the details and process my refund accordingly for that transaction.

On 15/05/2018 we are non satisfied with the branch manager of dena bank, sertha branch, kalol. We are suffering due to his non cooperative and rude manners. During our representative visited at same branch. He couldn't get simple output from bank. Very small things which is not important and it's easy to serve client. I mahesh ramrakhiyani beg to state few lines for your kind consideration. Sir i have an sb acc in ulhasnagar 5 branch i applied for chequebook. I received the checkbook from the branch and later i come to know that the money got deducted from the acc without any info. On the very next day i surrendered the chequebook to prabha madam and they refused to reverse the charges back and branch manager mr bm wankhade talked rudely and didnt responded...
