Hi Dena team,

I have saving bank account is in Dena bank and I feel regret for that cause of poor service of Bank for customers.
My account no is 007*****02****19 with the name of ****** Mistry, I applied for RITES ipo through this bank account and I didn't get any allotment for this ipo but the respective amount is still in lien balance in My account after almost a week of allotment date.

Mu branch is Dahisar branch ifsc code is BKDN0460786 the branch is located at Dahisar,

Please do needful asap.

    to stop sms facilities and charges

    I have contacted your dhrangadhra branch to stop sms facility in my saving a/c. No.[protected]. But it was informed me that to stop this facility the bank will also stop cheque book facility. For this i have to surrender cheque book and will not able to avail cheque book facility.
    I wish to continue the cheque book facility. I only wish to stop sms facility as i do not wish to bear quarterly sms charges as i do not need sms for my...

    As per my dena bank passbook transactions (Image file attached) from 15th may 2018 to 16th june 2018 cash has been withdrawn through atm machines, but there is no such transactions made by me since atm card was kept safely with me.

        My father has pension and savings accounts with dena bank, sector 6, vashi, navi mumbai 400703. Due to problems with the website, online banking access was blocked (After multiple login attempts). I approached them on june 5, 2018 and was told that the officer in charge, sudeep kullu was away and that they did not know when he would be back. I was advised to call and enquire if he was back. When i tried the landline number provided, it was inaccessible. When i visited the bank again, i was told that i should email the bank with the problem. I emailed and mr. Kullu responded saying that access has been restored. When we checked, login was restored but we were unable to perform any transactions, the website said that our transactions were not authorized. Since then, i have emailed the bank on june 8 and june 11, but have received no response. Since my father is aged and cannot leave the house, online banking is his only option. It is terrible that it has been almost 3 weeks and that they have not been able to solve a simple issue. Aged, senior citizens should not be treated like this.

          We have transfered an amount of 25000 through dena bank via phone pe app on the date 17th of april and this transaction is showing successful in phone pe app and the reciever did not recieve the money and the money has been deducted from our dena bank account.

            However, when i tried to encash or renew that fd, they (Behala branch) informed, that can not be done because maturity date of fd is already expired.

              When i withdraw 10000 from atm machine of finecare mini financial bank rajya chokdi rajkot, first try amount was not come out from machine and money was debited, after that money credited in my account,
              After that i was try second time, money debited from my account but no money came out from machine,
              This incident is held on 5/5/2018, 1.00 pm to 1.55 pm
              That's why take action on this incident, and credit my lost amount in my account

              Every month my account gets debited with Rs 11 at least 10 times a month. Please provide a specific reason as to why these deduction are done without my consent

                I have purchase one tablet from amazon on 13 may and paid rs.4699, by my debit card no.6072 xxxx xxxx 8770. But the product was faulty so i have returned the product to amazon and request for refund of rs.4699. And they agreed to send me refund in mt account and i got sms on my mobile that they havr refuned the amount of rs.4699.in my account.
                Amazon has sended refunded of rs.4699 on 24 may 2018 in my saving account no[protected]. But still u have not credited such amount in my account so i request u to look into the matter and so the needful as soon as possiable.

                    Hii. My self ritesh jain an account holder of your reputed bank with account number is[protected].
                    I would hereby inform you that i had done an online transaction on the application of 'phone pe' for paying an electricity bill on dated 6th may 2018, at 11.47p. M. And the transaction was successful with transaction id: n[protected]. Then again after one hour i received that the transaction got failed with transaction id n[protected], later on again i received a message from the bank that "amount of rs. 3180 is debited from a/c xxxx5813 being txn done through pos on date[protected] available clear bal is rs. 6850.57 on 1.05a. M."
                    The same matter i informed to the helpline of the application of phone pe and what they reverted that i have attached the screenshot in this e-mail. Still the amount has not credited to my account.

                    Further i may request you that to take consideration of my request for the reimbursement of rs.3180 at the earliest. I would highly appreciate if you could do needful at earliest.

                        The home loan is sanctioned and documents are already franked with required stamp duty but recently reserve bank India has imposed ban on the bank not to disburse any loan even after this has been sanction.
                        now the customers and small citizens are not able to get the possession for residential house alloted under the scheme of pradhan mantri awas yojana now what is the importance of pradhan mantri awas yojna for no citizen of democratic country is able to utilize. and hard working money is blocked with margin money under the scheme.

                        in spite of several follow up and reminders to rbi and the bank no resolution is received.

                              On 15/05/2018 we are non satisfied with the branch manager of dena bank, sertha branch, kalol. We are suffering due to his non cooperative and rude manners. During our representative visited at same branch. He couldn't get simple output from bank. Very small things which is not important and it's easy to serve client. Even branch manager not agreed to talk senior person of prayas company on mobile. Maybe this issue shall be resolve after taking senior person of prayas company. This is very bad and we are not expecting this type of service from branch manager.

                                I mahesh ramrakhiyani beg to state few lines for your kind consideration. Sir i have an sb acc in ulhasnagar 5 branch i applied for chequebook. I received the checkbook from the branch and later i come to know that the money got deducted from the acc without any info. On the very next day i surrendered the chequebook to prabha madam and they refused to reverse the charges back and branch manager mr bm wankhade talked rudely and didnt responded well.

                                    I have paid tikona bill via phone pe on 30th April but unfortunately it was failed so they have told that the money will refund till 7th may but up till I haven't got refund .the bill was of 885 Rs . transactional id is -N[protected] .after that I had paid bill of 288 Rs but this time also same happend but I have got refund from Dena bank but I haven't got refund of tikona bill which was paid on 30th April .plz refund money ASAP.
