Dena Bank — (for mobile banking related issues)

I have done tata sky id no [protected] recharge rs 200 dt.[protected] by dena wallet. Transaction message success displayed. Transaction no.[protected]. But no recharge yet in tata sky dth or no balance refund in my account. What i can do about this matter?
Pl. Appropriate action about this matter.
I have regestered complaint on line about this matter. My complaint no. Dbew[protected]. But no action about this matter yet.
