Dena Bank — from amazon return brefund successful but i did not get money in my account

Due to transection problem my ored is cancelled from amazon than and amazon refund my money successful but i did not get money i my account when i call to amazon customer service center they say that you money is transferred successful form our side also they give me a transaction referal number. Than call to dena bank customer service but but they say that visit our branch where your account are present than i visit to branch but they not do anything and say wait 1 month but still i am waiting they did not do aye thing. Plz help me plz...
