Dena Bank — order cancelled but money not credited back

I done a transaction on 25th of January through paytm but it got cancelled.An amount of 16900 got debited but not credited back to my account. There was a notification that it will be credited within 24hrs but its been 4 days(96 hrs).kindly solve it as soon as possible.I tried to connect to your customer care toll free number but yhere was no response.
