Dena Bank — regarding refund | |||
Dr sir on 14 march 2020 i done one online jio recharge from my dena bank account at 1.24 pm. But that attempt was unsuccessful... Then i got message from bank that 555 rs debited from my account... So please refund that amount to my account[protected].. Thank you Sachin patil I recieved below message Your last payment attempt of rs. 555.00 on mar 14, 2020 01:24:10 pm for jio number [protected] was unsuccessful. Please try again. Transaction id : br0004bak9am. In case any amount has been deducted from your account, then it will be automatically refunded by your bank/card/wallet within 10 days. On 14 the march I done Mobile recharge of rs 555 but it was unsuccessful but amount from my account of rs 555 was debited.after that I done another recharge from same account that was successful. So pleased refund my 555 amount to my account number[protected] branch name -malad east
