Dena Bank — transaction failed money deducted but not refunded

Address:Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh, 491445

On 6th october, 2017 i paid my electricity bill through internet banking but my 1st transaction failed so i made a 2nd payment which was successful but amount of the failed transaction was deducted from my account and yet not refunded. So kindly solve this problem. The amount deducted is 693.72. My dena bank account no is[protected] and my branch is dena bank dongargarh chattisgarh.

My account charges to dena bank and i have complain to helpline number but not receve to my call, ok and i request to my complain solued to dena bank .
