Respected sir, Dated 06/01/2017 unknown person withdraw rs. 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) from my saving account from chinchani branch with duplicate signature and handwriting by withdrawal slip. I have no cheque book facility. When i come to know about that offense dt.28/04/2017 i immediately informed and inquired about withdrawal to the bank staff but they neglected my request.
