I 've been repeatedly trying to contact deobazaar team regarding the voucher code, i was given due to a non delivery of a prepaid order worth ₹ 832/. When the code was applied it showed invalid code and the validity of the code is till 31st january.
I do not understand the dynamics of the deobazaar team and i seriously have not faced such an awful website ever. It has a very irresponsible team that are a total fraud. How long does it really take to mail back?
The problem is that they just don't want to respond and siphon money out of customers. Beware of this website. Please donot fall prey for them and putting all efforts to let the authorities know of such online fruaud website.

    Hi, i have been trying to contact the team but couldn't get in touch. My pre paid order was not delivered and instead, i received a voucher code worth ₹832 to be used for further purchase. The validity of the voucher is till 31jan 2018. When tried to apply the code it shows the gv code is invalid. I am tired of contacting the team and i would like a prompt solution for the problem. Please help. I shall appreciate your quick efforts to solve it. Thank you.

      On 13th Oct 2017, I placed an order on the website www.deobazaar.com

      When prompted, I made the payment via my Debit card. The payment of Rs. 859 was successful. The order was also successfully placed. I even got an email confirmation for my payment as well as for my order. It has been almost 10 days already and whenever I track my order, it shows that the order is still under process and has not yet been shipped.

      I tried to contact the customer care for DeoBazaar. The phone number that they have provided for customer care is always switched off. I even tried mailing them my complain. I was even given a Ticket ID to track the status of my complaint. I was told that my query would be answered in 4-8 hours. It has been 3 days and there has been no response from the website.

      Finally I decided that I will simply cancel the order and ask for the refund so that atleast my money is saved. To my shock, the website does not have any cancel order option available.

      On dated 24 Oct 2017 I received Email regarding unavaibility of item ordered.
      I replied Deobazaar on their Facebook account to exchange the previous order with less priced other item.
      But 4 days passed there is no response by Deobazaar.com.

      This is nothing but cheating. I feel like my money is gone forever. I had the opportunity of quickly going through the reviews of shopping experience of others at deobazaar.com and I found that there are many other people who have been cheated by the same website.

      I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against the website. Thank you.

        I'm from hyderabad. On 11 th october, i've placed a prepaid order (Order no [protected]) for swarzkopf gliss marrakesh coconut oil shampoo (2 units - rs 832/-) and bio care papaya gel. (Rs 224/-)
        I've received gel on 18 th october but the shampoo was not delivered. I've been trying to contact the team about the same but there's no response through email and the phone call was not answered.
        I've checked order details in my account of the same website but it shows details of the gel only. I dont know if the shampoo was intentionally deleted from the order after the payment. I shall post the bill that i received after the payment.
        Please sort the issue and help others from this kind of cheating. I would like a refund if they are unable to send the shampoo.

        I had ordered English blazer black perfume (Order number : [protected] ) Order Date: 10/13/2017 10:07:18 but it is not yet shipped, even 13 days after placing the order. Tried to contact customer care via email provided on website but got no response till now. I still got marketing email with y'all claims but looks like this is a complete fraud company. This was my first experience with deobazaar and indeed a very bad one.

        Sir, i 've registered a complaint - 1746126, regarding my prepaid order for swarzkopf gliss marrakesh coconut oil shampoo (2units) worth rs 832/.
        This is so ridiculous that you do not attend the phone calls deliberately and do not respond to emails.
        I would like a refund of the amount as soon as possible since you are unable to provide the product.
        I shall tell all my associates of the cheating that is done by your company and see that none shall fall prey to your fraud. I am also looking forward to approaching the cyber crime branch about your fraud. I've gone through several other complaints which are innocent customers like me and have been made fools by you.
        I shall not keep quiet but definitely get to the bottom of this.

        1 week passed but still order is not dispatched.

          I have already submitted complaint from your site but didn't get any response:

          The following item was removed from my order, after completing the payment for all the items:

          Hugo boss bottled deodorant spray
          By hugo boss, for men
          Size : 150 ml
          Price: 1499

          It took about 3 weeks to deliver the order, and the order was split into two parts:

          Order [protected]
          But the above item was removed altogether from the order and no refund was given. Not even any notification about the removal.
          This is a really bad customer experience.

          Please refund me 1499 inr for the undelivered item.

              Have placed an order with deobazaar on june 22, 2017 for the above product, which was paid online.. Deobazaar asked for a time extension, as per the following details:

                    I had placed an order for revlon charlie perfume and deo to deobazaar.com and already paid for the order via internet banking. Ihad subsequently received an order confirmation mail and a message regarding dispatch of order. I had also received a message from deobazaar regarding a tracking number of blue dart courier. But i was unable to trace my order since tracking showed that it was returned back to shipper. However its almost a month and i have not received the order. My order number was [protected].
                    I tried calling the customer care number but its always switched off. I tried to register a complaint on the company website. But its showing that my order number is invalid.
                    Why should a customer suffer/ i should get refund for my order.

Only one pack was delivered on 10 may 2017. Inspite of repeated calls on the helpline number and emails there has been no reply. The complaint numbers are 311122 and 311131.                         This is in reference to order no. [protected] booked on 22nd April 2017 on deobazaar.com. Kindly note that even though I have received the order confirmation and have made the payment online for the above mentioned order, I still haven't received the shipment which was suppose to be delivered by the 2nd of May 2017 as per the tracking details on the website.
                        but now the details show that the order was returned back to the supplier and there has been no communication from deobazaar regarding the same. Neither have they returned the amount paid while booking the order.

                        Kindly note that it has been 20 days now since the order was placed.

                        Request you to kindly look into the matter and revert back ASAP.

                          On may 1st 2017, I made an order on deobazaar website and the payment was made by internet banking. Further I received a confirmation mail regarding the same order few minutes later. On the same day itself I received another message sating that the package is shipped off via PICKRRR. Two days later when I tried to track the order the reply I received was that the order is cancelled and the package was returned to the sender. since then neither any intimation was send from the side of deobazaar nor I was able to contact them any way.

                          Kindly do the needful to return the amount that I have spent.

                                      No response from deobazaar as yet. I ordered a couple of perfumes order number [protected] and it was cancelled as it was out of stock.

                                      I was given a refund code for it and was told a flat Rs 999 I can apply. The code says it's already used when I haven't ordered anything after that.

(Order Number[protected] ordered on 14 April. then i re'vd message of Order extension due to shipment issues. i gave approval of extension, and then it should be supposed to deliver today or next day. but it shows still not dispatched. how they deliver?

                                        Secondly not response /acknowledgement of emails, raised complaint with ticket number (310958), Customer care number is switched off/Not working sincle long. Please do needful on this on priority basis.
