The above mentioned order was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days, but till today there is no update.
I have written many emails to you and trying your customer care nos. But no reply is recieved.
I have requested you to please refund my money paid to you to my card a/c if you are not in a position to supply my perfume. Not reply to my mails and not available on phone is giving me lot of pain, i am your regular customer i hope you want to retain happy customers?...

    I have ordered perfume and deodorants on 23 july 20. Even after 11 days, the tracking shows that the shipment has not started from their location. I sent them 4-5 mails and tried chatting them with no reply. My complaint no. With them is 324933

      I placed an order for 2 deodorants worth 1378 rupees, i have the order no [protected]. The order was placed on july 6th 2020. The status is still in progress and no further information received. I did not receive the order confirmation either. Money is be debited. Customer care number is not functioning and is out of service. Not sure if i will get the products ordered. Helpless and clueless.

          I had placed an order online with deobazaar.com on 16 march 2020 for 2 items, one deodorant and one perfume (Both issey miyake brand) and made online payment through their payment sight powered by razorpay order # [protected]. This was duly acknowledged by them with the advice that the products will be delivered between 20and 25 march 2020. Though more than 3 months have passed i am yet received the products. Initially, i thought because of the covid19 probably they have stopped delivery of the products. But recently i found out that they are now receiving online orders and making delivery too. When i tracked my order in their site, i found that it shows 'order received under process' and also it is 'prepaid'. Thereafter for the last so many days i have been trying to contact its customer care but to no effect as nobody lifts the phone there which appears to be deliberate. My efforts at contacting them though the customer care email has failed to elicit any response other than a system ticket no. 324786 on 12 june 20202. My reminders are also not responded too. Today i got another system ticket to my reminder bearing no.324779. The system generated standard reply says the complaint will be answered within 4-8 hours while the reality is it is not answered in more than 2 months. I suspect foul play by the company and this appears to be an attempt to defraud the customer of the money already paid by him. Kindly do the needful to bring the company to books and safeguard the interest of the consumers.

            I ordered 2 items through order no.[protected] for prepaid option amt 1594 on 07/11/2019 addressed at kishtwar j & k but due to unavoidable circumstance the items returned abruptly but still could not refund the said amount. I could not trace out as phone and internet have been suspended in j & k. So i therefore request you to kindly refund my paid amount for the gods sake.

                I had placed an order on 31st march, 2020 at deobazaar for a guess perfume. It was to be delivered to mumbai. My name is lakshmi shankar. After 2-3 days i've received the confirmation that order is placed. The delivery was supposed to be by 7th-10th april. After that i have sent repeated mails to cancel the order. The number they have provided is always unserviceable. No reply to mails have been provided. They have given a ticket number twice to address complaints but no reply within the stated 4-8 hours. Infact nothing post that also. This is not acceptable at all. They are taking money from customers and not informing anything on order. They have no option to cancel order on their website also. This is pure cheating.

                  The customer care no is not reachable, no of mails sent not replied from past 15 days, have submitted complaints on mails and on site etc
                  No one has bothered to answer my complaints or status

                    It’s been 8 days I didn't me order yet, the website shows in process. No reply to calls or email. Even when I try to call their customer ID they don't pick any call. My order I'd is [protected].
                    They don't reply to email. They mentioned on their website that they will respond with in 6-8 hrs, but it's not the case. I have seen other complaints as well, it is all about delayed orders. And fake customer care desk.

                      I have ordered on 27th feb, oa id [protected], and it mentioned estimated delivery on 5th ot 8th march, but no reply from deobazaar, i made complaint on there portal and even contacted at the office, ringing but nobody is picking the phone. Please assist me to get a reply from their end, as i have made payment online and waiting for the delivery to reach or even if it is delayed proper info to be shared by me

                          Placed order on 2nd jan 2020 for a perfume and it's 25th feb 2020 and i still haven't received any update on my order. The status of my order on the website shows processing, it hasn't been dispatched yet. I tried contacting the customer care using call, mail, through facebook, instagram and twitter but no response through either source. Under refund policy the website states order can be cancelled before it has been dispatched but when one actually tries doing that there is no such option available.

                            I had placed the order for a perfume on 8th Jan 20 and made the payment through debit card. I've got the confirmation email as well. Till date there is no update on the order. They are not replying to the emails. The customer support number is switched off. They don't have an order cancellation Option on the website.
                            I'd request the mentioned company to please reply on this matter. Highly dissatisfied.

                              Placed an order ([protected]) on 17th october, 19 for which the delivery timelines was mentioned as 3-5 days. However on 6th november, 19 received an email stating that due to unavailability of stock we have cancelled the order and here's your voucher of equivalent amount valid for 6 months.

                              Also, if you wish to receive refund in original payment method drop us an email.
                              I dropped an email for refund on the very same day but till date i have not received any refund. Also the voucher they provided isn't a valid one.

                              Upon calling customer support, i was told you won't get any money.

                              Although the amount is nominal but i'll teach them a lesson on how they can't take anyone for granted.

                                This was my first and the last time ordering (Order no. [protected] amounting rs.473) from the site. Since they couldn't deliver the products (I don't know why is the site still active) they initiated a refund of the order amount to deobazaar credit voucher, however i sent an email requesting them to refund the amount back to the back account from which the payment was made. However, it's been more than a month! And it seems like i have been duped since there is no alert from the bank regarding any such refund transaction taking place. I need my money back.

                                Shame on them since their hardwork is only in conning their customers. I hope karma gets them back real bad.

                                  I placed an order for wildstone aqua edt for 699 and the delivery date showed between 24th - 27th dec & i haven't received my order. The status still shows in progress. I called deobazaar but no body answers. There is no response to my emails. I think i've been cheated.                                   Deobazaar, you guys are justing looting people by not delivering the orders placed . You gave me a voucher of 699 inspite of me repeatedly asking you to refund my money back to my bank account . When I finally managed to speak to Meenakshi on jan3rd, even she forced me to use the voucher and place the order once again and that it is in stock . I believed her and placed the order using the voucher only to be even more infuriated since the order status still reflects, 'in progress' even after 9 days . Is this a joke for you guys . Just refund my money back to my netbanking account .

But one day before the delivery it get returned (Returned by customer) when i talked to flipkart customer support team they said seller cancelled the product. Then i asked but why they cancelled just one day before the delivery, the representative didn't able to explain.

                                        I ve been facing a problem with placing an order and my concern is that the gv code is due to expire on 31st march. The process of placing the order is not getting completed.
                                        Earlier i had a problem with the gv code and technical issue is fixed. But now the step of placing order is problematic.
                                        Please help me with it so the amount that i have paid already can be used. (₹832).
                                        This has been a headache for me since i have placed a prepaid order. I have never faced such issues with other websites. I hope the issue shall be sorted soon.
                                        Iam here by attaching the screenshot that is shown on the screen during the placement of order.
