The most Horrible online shopping experience. I had my Placed order in dec 2016. Already made a payment of Rs.7000. But did not get the delivery as yet. Its been 4 months now, i tried a lot to contact them. But No revert on compaints or enquiry. I sent multiple mails, but they just send infinite promotional mails but don't entertain your enquiries. Contact no's switched off. Cannot even track my order. Even in auto-generated sms'es they dont provide anything to track your order. There is just a so called AWB NO. And courier service ph no. But when you call up to the courier service, they dont know anything.

    My name is Sachin Kakkar and I ordered 4 Nike Deodorants ([protected]) on 30th Mar'17 and still, the items are not dispatched.
    Tracking shows that only order is placed and estimated delivery is until 4th April. When I checked their contact number it is switched off and the reviews of this site shows that it is a fake company, many customers haven't received any refund or ordered products and they are not replying to the mail also. I sent their customer care numerous emails but no luck.
    Please help me and others by shutting down this company and taking legal actions against them, I don't want anyone else to be a target of this fraud company.

      I had placed an order on 16th March 2017 for 2 Deodrants. Estimated delivery date was 26th March 2017 Max. Till today i.e., 29th March 2017, i had not received my parcel. I had paid 450/- while placing the order.
      Customer Care numbers of the company are always switched off and they don't even reply to E-mails.
      Neither i received my parcel nor my paid amount back into my bank account.
      DeoBazaar Internet Commerce customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I had placed an order on 24th june 2017 for 1Deo and 1Perfume. Irresponsible courier not delivered and back to company ware house. Till today any refund back to my account, I had paid 695/- while placing the order.
      Customer Care numbers of the company are always switched off and they don't even reply to E-mails.
      I purchased one Yardley product and found it is fake . When I check with them They informed that I have to prove !!

      BEWARE- FAKE PRODUCTS
      I have been cheated…my order has not been delivered yet its more than three months and absolutely no response from the seller…please think before sending them your hard earned money…

        Have placed order no [protected] for Supply of Nike Deodorants 3 nos paid thru credit card from Canara Bank Rs 555.00 on 17th Oct 2016 .
        they have promised delivery within one week and till date items have not been received, have sent several mails to their Customer Care, Info @deobazaar.com, [protected]@deobazaar.com and also [protected]@ deobazaar.com with all particulars
        Till date no responce, they have a simple mail reply that we will revert back in 8 hours, no responce only false promises no action, i have paid the amount and

          Order placed on web site deobazar.com on 17th oct 2016 vide order no [protected], for supply of 3 nos nike deodrants men (200ml) valued at rs 550.00, after booking this order on web site they confirmed dispatch on 21st oct expected delivery between 25th to 27th oct 2016, vide awb no[protected] still item not received
          Have sent several mail to their customer care, [protected]@deobazar.com, no responce, no calls, item not delivered
          I have written several mails with complaints to the company and till date items have not been delivered nor the refund amount has come to me, i have been writing mails to the mail id [protected]@deobazar.com as well as [protected]@deobazar.com, i get acknowledgement from their web site informing that they will revert in next one day, however till date no responce and problems remain un resolved

            I had ordered Adidas perfume and deo on match 4th but it is not yet shipped, even 10 days after placing the order. Tried to contact customer care via email provided on website but got no response till now. I still got marketing email with y'all claims but looks like this is a complete fraud company. This was my first experience with deobazaar and indeed a very bad one.

            we are arranging for shipment on priority basis.
            I had ordered English blazer black perfume (Order number : [protected] ) Order Date: 10/13/2017 10:07:18 PMAdidas but it is not yet shipped, even 13 days after placing the order. Tried to contact customer care via email provided on website but got no response till now. I still got marketing email with y'all claims but looks like this is a complete fraud company. This was my first experience with deobazaar and indeed a very bad one.

              Dear sir,
              Please refer my order number[protected] Carrera Pour Homme Unboxed EDT Perfume Spray 100 ML for Men & Victorias Secret Amber Romance Body Mist 250 ML for Women) for Rs.1094/- Dt. 22.01.2017. As my order was cancelled due to nonavailability of the stock, my refund was supposed to be credited to my credit card account by 96 hours as per your email Dt. 28 Jan 2017. But till today the amount has not been credited to my account. To this effect, I have sent one email to you on 16.02.2017 & 17.02.2017, but I have not any response from you. If this is your attitude towards a customer, then in future I may not continue buying from you. Please credit the money at the earliest to my account & confirm to me by mail immediately. It is not understood why you people are not responding to my mail. if I do not get any response this time, I may be compelled to approach the consumer court, which I do not like as a gentleman. It is not understood how can you cheat a customer for a mere Rs 1094/-? In the bargain you are loosing a number of customers.

                On jan1st I order perfume ie rs.750/-order no [protected] & I paid money through net banking while checking the delivery detais it showing alredy item was delivered but I did not received the product at least delivery person should give a call while delivering the item
                I need a explanation on this and I need my product as soon as possible if I will not get any reply from you than I will take this issue serious I will complain on this

                Hi Shalini,
                as confirmed by our courier partner your order is already delivered to your doorstep.
                Placed an order on 25/01/20 and till date there is no delivery of the perfume and a feed back that they are looking at it. Nothing about how long it will take or will the amount of Rs 5960 refunded. The phone no does not work nor they reply for your mail. Silence and eternal silence is the answer.

                  My name is Vrajesh Dave and i ordered two Nike Deodorants on 23rd December and still the items are not dispatched.
                  Tracking shows that only order is placed and estimated delivery is till 2nd January. When i checked their contact number it is switched off and the reviews of this site shows that it is a fake company, many customers haven't receieved any refund or ordered products and they are not replying to the mail also.

                    I had placed an order on 9th october - order number was [protected] and had paid rs 1298 for the same. The delivery date mentioned in the order was 16th oct. However till date the order has neither been shipped nor have i received any intimation about the order. Despite innumerable calls to the published number, no one picks up the phone, nor are my mails answered. At least have the courtesy to refund the amount if the site cannot fulfill its promise.
                    I can share the order details if need. The address mentioned in google is also confusing, not sure whether it is in gurgaon or delhi.

                      I have ordered Deodrant from Deobazaar website on 20th December, 2015, while checking the products I found that one of the Deos is not working. The Spray is not coming outside. When I contacted them on mail, I got a reply with some suggestion but which is not working. Even after sending couple of mails for any update on the issue I have not get any reply form the company.


                      The conversation is as below,

                      We thank you for writing to us and assure you the resolution soon.

                      For an immediate resolution, we request you to please remove and re-attach the spray nozzle of the faulty deodorant bottle so as to ensure that it is put on properly. This technique works at times if in case the spray nozzle is on lose.

When tracked the product got to know the product damaged in transit and returned to shipper. Till now i didnt get the product nor got the refund.                             This is to bring in your notice that I saw an Freebie advetisement of Deobazaar.com on FREEKAAMAAL.COM where terms & condition mentioned in the advertisement is that BUY ONE BRANDED DEO GET ANOTHER FREE. I have Ordered one Park Avenue Combo of 4 Seasons Perfume & Storm Deodorant on 29th Sept'14 & My order no. is bd7515. While Ordering i applied Coupon code of Buy One Get one & Coupon code applied successfully at that time & payment of Rs 376 has been made through Net Banking. At the same time I received Successful Order Confirmation on my email ID [protected]@gmail.com where my Product which was ordered & another free Deo was mentioned. On 29th Sept I received my Order through RED EXPRESS courier where i found that Freebie (Free Deo) was not delivered to me alongwith my Order. I has a talk to Deobazaar representative where they said that this Coupon is not applicable on my Order although the same coupon has been successfully applied at the time of Ordering & free Deo was also mentioned when i received Order Confirmation on my Email. This is request you to please take Serious action against them & solve my Complaint as soon as possible. Thanking you in Advance.
