Despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Deodap, they have failed to provide satisfactory support. I initially trusted that my order would be fulfilled as advertised, but it has come to my attention that the company has not delivered the item in question. I requested a packaging video as proof of shipment, but Deodap stated that maintaining such video data is not feasible on their end. Additionally, they have asked me to provide an unboxing video, which I did not record due to my trust in their delivery process.
I believe that Deodap ha...unprofessional, leaving me no choice but to seek intervention from the appropriate government authorities to ensure justice.
Nature of Complaint:
1. Non-Delivery of Paid Item: Deodap has failed to deliver the purchased product.
2. Lack of Transparency and Accountability: Refusal to provide a packaging video despite my reasonable request.
3. Unfair Treatment: Deodap's response shifts the burden of proof to the customer, which I find unjust.
I am formally requesting your assistance in investigating this matter and enforcing the necessary actions against the company. I seek either the immediate delivery of the missing item or a full refund of Rs. 75. I am confident that your department will take the appropriate measures to address this case fairly.
