Deodap — insufficient refund | |||
I ordered some products Order #U[protected] through their website on[protected]. There were some defective items in the order received. Hence, I contacted them and a ticket was raised Ticket No. : #[protected] (https://care.deodap.in/t?id=Wol840w9lZ) on 03/JAN/2025. I have shared all the required vedios and details as per their policy. For some items which were defective and not as per the website vedio shown, though proper vedio was provided, they didnot agree to refund. For some items, they accepted for refund in the ticket. Later, they diverted by confusing with an old ticket of older order of nov-2024 ( Ticket: #[protected] https://care.deodap.in/t?id=KVpDbyeBAL) and provided some small refund of Rs.21 . The refund for current order was wantedly avoided, even after accepting the defective products in the ticket. Clarifying all these, I have raised one more ticket Ticket No. : #[protected] ( https://care.deodap.in/t?id=09AXLoGjA4 ), which was closed without giving any explaination. Kindly see that the company refunds me for all the defective products, considering the vedios and photographs I have shared in their tickets with relevant details. I am unable to attach the unboxing and defective product vedios, due to size limits. They are already attached in the company tickets raised and in email conversations with the customer care.
