HP / Desktop — monitor not working

Sir,
I purchased one desktop from Singapore before one year.Now monitor is not working properly.Monitor display has problems.Only some colors are on the desktop.But i didn't have guarentee card,bills etc.Sir please help me to taking bills or guarantee card and to solve the problem immediately.
