Destination International Packers And Movers — bill not given and consignment not reached destination

Hi,

This is jogendra kumar sahoo. I used services of destination international packers and movers on 26th oct 2019 for shipping my household goods from phursungi, pune to miyapur, hyderabad. The guy "dipak" from nigdi branch, pune took payment from me and sent two guys to pack and pick up the goods. The pick up guy has given me the list of goods in a company pad. I paid the whole mount using googlepay to number — [protected]. Dipak was supposed to send me the bill and insurance copy. Also my goods were supposed to be delivered by 29th oct 2019. I have been following up with dipak via call, whatsapp call/msg etc. But that person is not responding to any of my communication. Please help me get my stuff delivered to hyderabad and also help me get the bill.
