Hi,
I have been shifting my car from pune, maharastra to hajipur, bihar. While browsing i received a call from destination international packers and movers, nigdi, pune.

Mr. Dipak [protected] contacted me and told me the details and so it was booked as your site also recommended.

The consignment was shipped on july 25th from fursungi, pune, maharastra. Consignment number - 329
The payment of rs. 18000 has been paid by electronic transfer. The bills and photo during car receiving by dipak have been attached for reference.

Mr. Dipak informed me that the things will reach hajipur, bihar in 8-10 working days. But once i did the payment i have received no tracking number of the consignment paid and shipped.

I have been trying to reach mr. Dipak for the past 10 days and he is not picking the call. He is just cutting the calls, which is just unprofessional for such a business. The other two numbers provided in the bill is not existing ([protected], [protected]). There is no reply to any of my messages also regarding the tracking number or the acknowledgment of the payment and the updated on the consignment.

On thursday, august 2nd, 2020, around 10 am, when i tried to speak to mr. Dipak, he just picked up and said contact with another person pawan sharma. I called him and he told my car is in indore. After that he is not receiving my call.

The website (www.destinationpackers.com) of destination packers and movers doesn't work either is the email id ([protected]@gmail.com) provided genuinely. Email sent to them are bouncing back.

It has been more than 15 days since i shipped my things on july 25, 2020 and still no update also on the tracking number or when the things will be delivered.

Please help me as i'm stranded as there is no reply from destination packers.
