Destination International Packers And Movers — Demanded more money than agreed and package not delivered for more than 11days. Insurance and tracking details not provided

I spoke to Mr. Deepak of Destination International Packers and Movers on whatsapp about shifting my luggage from Pune, Maharashtra to Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He gave me an estimate of Rs.8000. My Luggage was picked up on the scheduled day(4th August) and shifted to their office. On the next day, Mr. Deepak has sent me a bill of Rs. 14609. When asked about the extra charges he said that Rs.8000 was only the amount charged by the company and there were other charges such as insurance, etc(details in the attached bill). When I argued that I was never informed of any of these charges when I am supposed to be informed, Mr.Deepak blatantly said that this is how they do it. After a lot of arguments, Mr.Deepak reduced the amount to Rs. 13600. I had no choice but to pay the amount as my luggage was already with them.

I was promised by Mr.Deepak to get the tracking details for my luggage and also the insurance details of my luggage for which I was charged(attaching the bill). It has been more than 11 days since they picked up my luggage and despite repeatedly asking multiple times, I was given neither the tracking nor the insurance details. In this forum, I see several complaints on this company regarding the same issue and looks like this is a pattern. I have no idea where my luggage is and all I can do is ask Mr.Deepak and he doesn't or rarely responds to my texts and calls.
