I took a house loan from dhfl in 2018, july. Now i have decided to close the loan. Suddenly i found in my cibil a new loan appeared from indiabulls. While investigating i found from the dhfl personal through email that my loan account has been transferred to indiabulls and i have to talk to india bulls for any issues. While asking to indiabulls vide several mail. They have sent me a foreclosure letter without sign and stamped. They agreed that the loan account was with them. After that they have blocked my email account.

In that case i was surprised that the loan account was with indiabulls and payments collected by dhfl. I have stopped the ecs as it seemed to me a fraud as the loan account was no more with dhfl.

Now i have received the call from mr. Tanmay of dhfl by threatening me for payment of ecs otherwise they will send their people to recover the mail. Moreover he has threaten me by saying that he will destroy the process of repayment and will show me the down.
How the defaulter bank will have the audacity to threat like this to the customer?
Moreover how cibil committee will display such kind of false statement for the general public?
Please help me.

      I have home loan with dhfl since 2013. I have 4 loans. Last year due to floods in kerala my property was damaged. For the first time we defaulted. Out of 4 2 loans are paid. But had problem with 2. Is dahisar branch full of gundas. An executive raj kumar manger stalin is calling and threatening me with dire consequences of sending gundas and sticking notices last november another executive rahul divekar threatened me and send a gunda ram kumar who threatened my 8 yr daughter shreya. She was traumatised so much. She suffered from lung cancer and passed away in july. We spend 20 lakhs. That is why we are in crisis. 2 loans are again paid. Loan 00001926 and another one is not paid.
      Raj kumar number [protected] is horrible. I am scared of my elder daughter now. Pls help. Rbi does not encourage such behavior. I am now forced to complaint against higher authorities and national housing authority.

        Please note that i am doing continuous follow up from last 2+ months for my premature fixed deposit amount, which i have not received yet.
        I have no appropriate response from them, is this the way you treat your loyal customers we invest money in your bank & you guys cheat us...
        Your toll free number doesn't work & the escalation authorities also doesn't respond to emails except the person called Rajesh S with same statement...

        I have so many times requested to refund my amount. Kindly let me know where & whom i should contact for my refund, kindly provide me the name & contact number, otherwise legal action with complaints on the higher authorities of DHFL. Is this the right thing to do? Is this the reputation of your company.

          Still awaiting for the Premature FD amt, kindly look into the matter, as we have to pay fee for our son education.

          My fd maturity in DHFL amount is not refunded

          it is for my daughters marriage

            It is clear from the chart that i was charged for rs-157468/-but policies was provided for rs-42191.18 henceforth it is requested to refund me the difference amount of rs-1.34, 555.82 with applicable interest applicable to the home loan repayment defaulters from the date of sanction i. E 16.11.2016 to the date of refund.
            A letter in this regard was sent to chola ms general insurance co. Ltd a nd they have replied that, chola ms has received rs-32, 900/- only. As against the total premium of rs-1, 57, 468.00

            It is requested to do the needful at the earliest by paying difference of rs-
            1, 34555.82/- principle with interest in the name o[censored]ndersigned.

            A copy of this letter is being sent to banking lokpal for record and reference and early hearing of the matter.

                When i have taken loan from you on 28/04/2015 on the interest rate @ 12.75 at the same time the repo rate from rbi is 7.50%.

                Current repo rate from rbi reduce from 01/04/2015 @ 7.50% to 04/10/2019 @ 5.15% today but loan on my mortgage loan which is variable has been increase from 12.75% to 13.67% today

                  Very worst experience from dhfl. My name is naresh jethi. My dhfl loan code is 01869421. I have taken loan from your gandhidham (Kutch) branch. And applied for pmay on 07/2018, given, srdis02168428 it’s been more than a 5 month until now didn’t get pmay subsidy from dhfl. When calling to customer care, they only neglecting to give proper answer and telling me to submit the documents. When i applied for pmay that time i have submitted the documents.in between they ask for my home town documents which is already on my fathers name of our previous address which i was submitted through email. But unfortunately customer care always getting the same answer that the case is in process will go in the next submission lot, i am taking follow up in the mail again and again. Please take the necessary action other wise we will be complain the regulatory forms and rbi ombudsman rules.

                    I am an existing customer of DHFL Home loan, Avail a loan at a 8.70% Floating Rate. In last 1.5 years my rate is revised no of time and now it is 9.92. Whenever the RPLR increase the rate of interest increase but whenever it decrease that time rate of interest is not decrease.Very very poor service from DHFL.
                    On 1st Oct 2019, RBI has declared to decrease the rate of interest but even also DHFL has not decrease.

                            Respected sir,
                            My name is nischitha kasargod. My father had took a home loan from dhfl and had been associated with them for the past 17years. We have been paying our emi's regularly but due to some financial crisis we were unable to pay the last emi of rs4900/- so this incident took place on 27/9/19 at around 1pm when an employee named kunal (Photo attached with this complaint) came to our house for loan recovery. He claimed that we had not paid our emi for past 6 to 7 months which is not true. We had not paid only the last emi of rs 4900/- as there was no one in my house except for my elderly aged aunt, i said to him that there is no one at home to which he replied rudely saying that we have to pay the amount today itself or else he will stick the bank notice. I being a student myself didn't have enough money to pay to him. He was very rude in his behaviour n was continuously insisting me to pay the money. He kept on raising his tone. Listening to his chaos, our neighbours opened their doors and started looking at what was happening. Feeling ashamed my aunt took out the money which she had kept for her medicines to pay to him. I ve never faced such type of mortification in my entire life and was so shook by the incident that it took me more than hours to recover from this mental trauma. We have to face such a shame in our society due to his unethical (Rude and impolite) behaviour and harassment for not paying only one emi of rs 4900/-
                            I hope necessary action would be taken against him so that no other client would face the same situation when there are only children and elders present at home who are not capable of doing anything in these kind of issues.

                              Please note that i am doing continuous follow up from last 2 months for my premature fixed deposit amount, which i have not received yet.
                              I have no response from the department, is this the way you behave with local peoples, due to trust we invest money in your bank & your department cheat us with such type of statements.
                              I have so many times requested to refund my amount. Kindly let me know where & whom i should contact for my refund, kindly provide me the name & contact number, otherwise i will take strict legal action & do complaints to the higher authorities. Is this the way your company treat with middle class people. Is this the reputation of your company.

                                And branch is indore but still are waiting for pradhan mantri awas subsidy.
                                I have paid 9 emi but still not got the pradhan mantri awas subsidy,

                                Nobody giving response about subsidy, i called to customer care but they are giving simply reply "the document are uploaded" to nhb on 04/feb/2019

                                No response getting from nhb customer care no.[protected]/[protected], no response getting from nhb mailed on [protected]@nhb.org.in,

                                My claim no. Is qrdis02492767 but no tracking system available at nhb portal.

                                Visit home branch indore but they are giving simply reply "call & mail to customer care" and customer care are asking "the document are uploaded" to nhb on 04/feb/2019,

                                  My name is shane imlay and i took a loan from dhfl in 2007 for rs 13 lakh 60 thousand. I have paid for the past 10 years and i'm still left with 11 lakhs to pay. Thanks for fleecing me guys. I have being trying my best to get the lod (List of documents that you hold for me) as i want my loan taken over but your bank it not taking my request and that is because you are being taken over by icici. My loan account number is chd 30098. Please could you have the sensitivity to send me the lod at my email address which is [protected]@gmail.com. I need this immediately also your bank does not know who who the draft is to be made out to, if possible please let me know about this as it looks like your employees don't know whats happening in the company. Try being transparent maybe that's the reason why you guys are doing so bad because your not transparent either with your clients or customers.

                                    My loan a/c no is del 37842. I have cleared my loan amount in august 2019. But till date i did not receive noc & property papers. They are saying your account is linked with another account. I do't have any relationship with that account now. I do't have any communication with that person.
                                    When i clear my all dues then pl. Release my noc & property papers.
                                    I am not vijay malya or nirav modi. Who has done fraud & flew away from country. The person who is genuinely clearing his loan account should not be harassed like that.

                                      Hi ankit here i have taken home loan from dhfl under loan code 00042300 a year ago i have been told that after 6 months i can switch my home loan to lower rate of interest but still its not done infact all the banks are not taking balance transfer from dhfl home loans in this as a customer feel help less

                                      Applied for pmay benefit but still not got the pmay benefit. Whenever i dial on customer care of dhfl home loan they say its in process infact in the beginning dhfl people didnot told us that documnet regarding pmay has not been competley submitted after 6 months of frustration of sevral visits of office of dhfl elante chd i got the news that the benefit has been applied but still i am not getting a satisfactory answer to my query and regarding balance transfer please suggest how could i get my balance transfer from dhfl to lower rate of interets and steps to get balance tranfer from dhfl to other banks or nbfc's

                                        ECS unpaid due to bank holiday and hence dhfl charging 500+gst as penalty.
                                        Why should customer pay any penalty if there is bank, national, or any unplanned holiday.
                                        Customer should pay penalty only if there is a bounce due to no money or account closed. When I contacted them

                                        We refer to your request for a waiver of charges levied on your Loan Account No. Xxx due to non-payment of EMI for September, 2019. In this regard, we wish to inform you that September 10, 2019 was a Bank Holiday where there is no clearing.

                                        As per the clause no. 2.6.e. of the Loan agreement duly executed by you, the EMI will be presented on the immediate preceding day. Hence the ECS return charges are due and payable by you.

                                        2.6.e. If the due date for the payment of any EMIs/ PEMIs / interest or other dues, payable under this Agreement, falls on a day which is a bank holiday at the place where the payment is to be made, the immediate preceding working day shall be the due date for such payment.

                                        That said, we wish to state that penal/bounce charges are only levied when the monthly payment is late or has bounced. In your case, as the EMI of September, 2019 was returned unpaid, ECS return charges of Rs. 500.00 and applicable GST has been levied.
