Part payment not show new statement

Dear Sir,

I have availed the Home loan from DHFL in 2015 with rate of interest 9.2% for 20 years tenure but suddenly after one year the ROI got raised to 11.75% due to which my tenure got increased to 30 years where as I am paying the EMIs regularly.

I went to bank personally but no one was supporting to help my case and told for all loan account it has applied and nothing can be done.

So please help me to avoid this inappropriate ROI levied to me.

Hi I am active customer of Home loan having account 000175 and after very long I tried to get log-in into my account to see the details and download my statments but unable to do.
Can you please help me in getting the details.

1. current interest on my Loan amount
2. Statment of my account
3. provisional certificate

Please help how an where I should login to get this details..

I have paid 10 years of emi out of a 15 year loan and they tell me I have 134 months left to pay. My principal outstanding is 7, 40, 000 and the disbursement amount was 9, 22, 000. They never send a loan statement and tell me 100 or so months of repayment was added coz of the floating interest rate. Pls help

Your employee ( Kiran yadav ) has called me for Emi recovery, and while doing so he is forcing me to immediately do the payment . I have told him that i am out of city from last few days and i will pay the emi as soon as i will have my salary but he is forcing to do payment immediately and using bad words also . He dont have proper professional training while talking with customer. Calling from this number[protected]. Otherwise i will file police complaint against him .

My DHFL Home Loan No: [protected]. It is observed that there is no any customer portal available to track our loan status or to download provisional certificate for ITR filling. Kindly, know/send the proper address of customer login site along with login credential and maintain our data online.

We are unable to login to DHFL portal and also Loan not transfered to Piramal Housing fiannce but deducton is done by bank

DHFL is such a pathetic and fraud finance bank. On their website they are showing low interest rates and in actual they are pathetically applying more interest rates 13, 14, 17, 18% to their existing customers.
Such a fraud bank it is.
No one is there to help in Ahmednagar DHFL bank.they are telling us to call the customer care even if it is DHFL registered office.

This is to inform you that the above complaint/Issue is long pending..

I tried to get answers but no reply from your end or solution as per my request.

I have spoken to in Concall DHFL (Now PCHFL) Ancy Dmello Madam, K.h.s.narayan, Pirmal Nodal Officer.

Whatever reason given for the delay is no way concern to Me it's internal Matter between DHFL (Now PHCFL ) or its stakeholders issue.

Sir my PMAY issue is pending I spoke to Call centre of NHB they say Stage 2&3 is to be completed by DHFL or PCHFL.

As per DHFL (Now PHCFL) they say we have uploaded details on CLSS portal. But we I check with the CLSS Portal dey say status 2 is not complete...

Whom should i contact? Or Should I connect now.

I Jagdish Ranchhodbhai Prajapati, New Sunderpuri, Bharwadwas, Gandhidham-Kutch-Gujarat 370201, .have Availed House loan From DHFL, In the year 2018. We're paying EMI's only till now, Still we didn't receive Loan Subsidy under PMAY, Every time EMI Amount Has Increased. Taken much of follow-up's but there is no one to listen in DHFL. They only say's your subsidy pending at PMAY, not only me many of my relatives got caught in these frauds by DHFL. as we're from middle class family we can't afford this fraud, I had taken Loan of Rs.833339, EMI is 8606/-, My loan code no[protected] & Application no[protected], I am looking forward for your interference and do the justice and needful. I follow up them Regularly But now They are not responding by any of the way. Thanks !

I have made FD in DHFL of Rs. 2 lakh + 2 lakh = 4 lakhs. I have received amount only Rs. 1.06 lakh which improper as per deposited amount. this amount should be at least equal to deposited amount. as per talked with company they have released only 23.08% of total deposited amount means 1.06 lakh of total amount. This happened due to fraud by company and failure of Govt, bodies who unable to control these type of frauds with consumers. why customer need to bear it ?
I would request to released at least invested amount 4 lakh. FYI, after maturity amount is 5.5 lakhs of both FD.

I had availed of housing loan from DHFL (Customer No.01256985 & Account No.[protected] which has been repaid by me in full and final settlement on 23.04.2021 ( Their Receipt No.00000113 dated 23.04.2021). Since then I have visited DHFL Kolkata Office numerous times during last nine months to get back my original land documents on relinquishment of their charges. But till date DHFL are non-responsive to my several requests and their Kolkata office could not spell when they will return me documents. Due to their reluctance, I have been facing trouble to utilize my property for want of original land documents and I am going to incur financial losses.

In above backdrop, I am again requesting DHFL to return of my original land documents within 7(seven) days from the date hereof. .

My adhar is also attached for address proof. Since the deposit is just 1 Lakh rupee, DHFL should have paid the amount long back and so far nothing has come. My balance of FDR maturity amount due is of rs 5.40lacs(five lacs forty thousand) excl 1.24lacs paid as per NCLT resolution plan out of total maturity value 6, 54669.00(FD encl).
My case for refund of maturity amount of FDR on medical grounds already submitted prior being an retired Army officer may pl be processed earliest.

My Name is Antariksh Kumar Mathur and my Home Loan No 00000755.
I have taken a Home loan from DHFL in 2018.
I have submitted all required documents for subsidy.
I called and mailed multiple times. I am not satisfied with your Customer Representative answers.
Your Customer Representative says your area is not fulfilled under PMAY Subsidy Yojna.
90% of flat members have got a PMAY subsidy through DHFL in my apartment.
I have not received detailed information regarding PMAY Subsidy Rejection.
In my case, more than 3 years are over but there’s no update.
Let me know the reason why refuse my subsidy.
Please solve my query as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

My name is Sreekanth Kurakula I had taken home loan from DHFL in Ameerpet Hyderabad, Telangana branch in 2016 December, loan code 00005059 To foreclosure home loan from DHFL, while foreclosure loan DHFL given one notice that withdrawal of subsidy amount Rs 215119 / credited to your loan account under pradanamantri avasyojana - credited linked subsidy scheme ( PMAY-CLSS) and
given demand notice to pay the amount of Rs 215119/ with existing outstanding loan amount
Reason they are telling that pradanamantri avasyojana - credited in 2019 that's why your EMI amount reduced so now if you want to transfer to other bank you need to pay back that amount full

Actually I had taken loan
1735000 from 2016 dec to 2020 I payed EMI every month,

now they added ( PMAY-CLSS) Rs 215119/ amount to outstanding amount

now outstanding amount is Rs 17, 49129, So to foreclosure I done entire payment

Done and transfer home loan IDFC first bank in December 2020
